What do you like best about the product?
Everything actually, It is very convenient and easy to work with, the most understandable instruction, a lot of features and integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
In principle, everyone likes it, I have not experienced difficulties in working with JIRA

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jira is the versatility it has when it comes to sharing cards, boards, and integrating it to Slack. Once you get familiar with the different features, you get to have easy generated reports, timeline of the project and others
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira should improve on the UI and UX. Sometimes it may be perceived as a flat app. Talking about the project settings options, Jira should improve there for example in the feature of applying board, task templates and flows, it should be less intricate

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very effective at keeping tasks organized. Not only does it allow for daily tasks, but they can be categorized into larger projects as well. The ability to adjust workflows based on teams is also helpful since not everyone follows the same process. It also has a lot of products that can easily integrate with it.
What do you dislike about the product?
With the flexibility in workflows, this can make it challenging for new users to understand the process. In addition, the different ticket types can be confusing on when to use (ex: Technical Story vs Story vs CSV). Linking tickets can also be confusing when there are multiple options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is allowing me to track daily tasks. It provides the functionality to prioritize those tasks as well. Not only do I create my own tickets to work on, others create tickets for me based on their project needs. This helps both myself and other teams to stay organized.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to use and easy to understand and also the support is very good.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the story points very confusing.

Jira is to solve the problem of managing the projects in a very easy way and seamlessly conducting scrum meetings and also to reduce the confusing when the meeting will be held and lots of things are the which jira tool solves.

What do you like best about the product?
i like the way it organise the work into projects and helps people to collaborate and work together on those projects with the help of sprint planning and defining the task of every individual with time and effort analysis. other than that i like the way how it organised the board is awesome. you will see everything at one place. i like the automation process of tasks through workflow.it further tells about the time crunch and delay in project work and alot of things gets displayed using the bar chart.now its available on mobile phone also so its easily accesible.
What do you dislike about the product?
its user interface is not beginner friendly a lot of things are there in it. a beginner gets confused while using it for the very first time. its costlier in terms of plan and limited edition have very few features.apart from it its quite a good tool and almost every mid size and large scale companies are using it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
jira solved the problem to manage the tasks related to the projects running in my team. my team works on 3-4 projects together so project management becomes easier by using jira. jira is benefitting me to collaborate with the team and managing the task asssigned to me on the jira board.every task is tracked from requirement gathering to production deployment and final chart gets prepared which helps us to target on weak points of our project deliveries.

Awesome ticketing tool for service desk

What do you like best about the product?
It's a awesome ticketing tool for service desk, we can track each and everything in realtime, we can find assignment groups easily when we type single alphabet. We can also find the review section which is user appreciation for us so that we can work and give our best support to user next also.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much also dislike, everything is there on the screen but it's not very much user friendly because because we have so find out everything on the first time when we use the tool for example it's very much complicated for new user to find there own service desk queue to track tickets in real time so that they can't miss their SLA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm working as a service desk SME in my team so I know how to use jira tool and how to create and track tickets in tool, also I trained my team how to assign ticket to concern team or next level team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira as a software helps you in the building a comunity through a platform where users can track their progress in it .

Users can create their stories, bugs , epic through the Jira software and check the dashboard for the sprint progress.

You can attach the docs in the tickets for the refrence and log the time in the ticket which user has done the workin the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has helped through every phase of the project , i dont personally think of any downsides of the jira , as it meets the user requirements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has basically solved a lot of problems through the community based platform where through which users can do tasksin the jira and create tickets or the same in the Jira.
Users can check the gannt chart for the progress of the sprint and burndown chart for the users time log hours progress.
Users can create the bug easily in the jira and attach the docs for the same .

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is excellent for my engineering teams. It helps us plan our sprints and build valuable metrics on past sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really isn't a good way to view tasks across multiple projects. Our PMO needs to build project plans and dashboards that show progress and updates for many projects and Jira is mostly focused on the team's work. Dashboard tools are minimal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira organizes the team's work. It helps us work with Product Managers to prioritize and assign tasks.
