What do you like best about the product?
As an Infra engineer and Developer, I like tools that integrate with other software, that make my life easy using automation. JIRA is such kind of tool.
JIRA is not only popularly known for effective Bug or Agile tracking but also known for its Customization. It blends into your organizational style of working and supports you. Its custom dashboards are really helping us to evaluate the performance of the product and keep an eye on continuous delivery to production.
Now it is available in the Cloud also, so all the bugs are present at your fingertips. JIRA also supports on-premise deployment if your organization has some security compliances.

What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other bug-tracking tools out there in the market JIRA doesn't compromise on its price. It splits the pricing for license, add-on, and ongoing maintenance.
When it comes to handling large projects with the maximum number of active users JIRA's scalability is slow is what I observed.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA supports the REST APIs, which helped me a lot to automate the process of actioning the tickets after each delivery. It benefited not to invest time in filtering the tickets but rather focus on the product efficiency.
Jira is the best workflow management system there is!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Jira is the integrations with Confluence, Slack, Github, Teams etc. The integration allows for such vision on all tickets. The customization of Jira is at such a new level. The ability to create custom fields and inforce specific fields allows for such a more personalized and integrated experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about Jira is the cost. The cost per user is too high especially compared to similar workflow management systems. The other big con about Jira is its complexity and User Interface. It is a very complicated system to use, and especially when having to teach a new user, it comes with way too many growing pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for bug tracing primarely. It allows us to see all the bugs within our product and can push us through the proper workflow on getting these bugs and new features completed. It allows us to follow the proper guidelines and workflows that all bugs and features are completed properly and on the right schedule.
The Best Tracking and Management software to handle big projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the agile methodology feature. It has a very clean UI and it also provides a dashboard from where i can track progess of all ongoing projects and all details about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that even though the Jira User-interface is very clean with minimal bugs it is still very difficult to navigate as a new user. I have faced many difficulties like not finding the required tools while intially using Jira software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Jira software for bug tracking and collabrations. Doing collabrations through Jira has been a breeze. I also use it sometimes for documentation purposes and to keep track of team activities. We also use Jira software in our oraganization to manage projects and to assign tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way it gets integrated to many other development tools.If there is any tasks assigned to you on Jira then you will get an automated email saying that you are tagged to a particular work
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Jira releases new versions frequently and sometimes when I get used to old version, using new version feels discomfort. Also if we are not configuring correctly it will lead to performance issues.

As Jira supports Agile methodology it will help team to work efficiently.

I like to ability to shape and create Jira to use your workflows and the working environment. The apps available mean that literally anything is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive quite quickly as every user is paid for whether them being client or not and not using more than one board

It is the sole platform that we run our business from and it used for internal projects, external projects and everything in between.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very useful and trending project management tool, in which we manage our projects with small small functionality. We use JIRA to follow our business in Agile methodology.

Nothing to dislike at this moment, it means till now it working fine as we want.This is awesome project Management tool

Jira is solving lots of problems, first it avoids the confusion for any functionality because jira is tracking each and every ticket as well as related bugs in subtasks.
Best Tracking Tool for Agile Methodology
What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience of Jira is quite nice. The customizable Dashboard is amazing. You can login and see the status immediately. I find it great from the listing of tasks, managing backlog, reporting the bugs, planning the sprints, everything is quite nicely designed. One of the best thing is the Kanban method to change the status of the tasks. Dependencies can be easily tracked by the Gantt chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking sub-tasks are bit difficult as those can't be filtered. Lack of customization of dashboard according to the user needs to be developed. Generating some reports could be complicated for the new users. Need to know dev language (JQL) for some quries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a project traditionally is quite time consuming and tracking of tasks is very difficult. Jira has solved these both issues very efficiently. No need to go the developers to get the status of the tasks. Sit on your desk and track them there. If QA raises bug tickets just assign to the developers and they will get mail. The problem is solved. Jira saves Time and Effort to track.
