Superb platform to raise all professional concerns
What do you like best about the product?
I am using it in my office very frequently to raise all professional concerns including access requests new software or hardware requests etc. It sends all the concerns to the concerned person as per priority basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It helps me to resolve all my professional concerns quickly and effectively. It is simple, smooth and easy to use. It shows tracking and status of all my requests on realtime basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me to create, send and quickly resolve all my professional concerns without personally calling or emailing anybody in my office. Now i dont need to follow up with anyone and all work as per priority set by me in Jira.
Project and task management made easier
What do you like best about the product?
You can easily manage and monitor project level task and work accordingly. Reporting is best when you want to see who have worked on which categories and for how long.

Little higher pricing rest everything good . serves the purpose

What do you like best about the product?
Jira was one of the software that helps track, plan new features in the project. This is been used by software developers to make their work track and work faster. With the help of Jira Board everything can be track and manage in an organize way.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think if you're a beginner it would be very difficult to navigate since it compose of different buttons to navigate in different areas of this software platforms.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe the sense of tracking the project or the product that is being created. It is easy to track the status of each build. It helps make the management better with ease and less complexity.

we used it for keeping track of any bug that used to come up in our deployed product. Similarly for POC activities, we used kanban to keep team progress systematic

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is so easy to organize. Boards are really easy to make, maintain, and edit among large groups of multiple people. There are so many great out of the box features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Jira has a lot of 3rd party support that should be native. I also spend a lot of time in the Jira comment section, and not being able to respond to comments makes me crazy. Downloading and exporting are difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira efficiently helps us maintain boards, track bugs, track team progress, and stay aligned all in one space. I really like Jira and find it to be a great tool for all teams to use.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a best project management tool, using Jira we can manage all the tracks running for s project, we can create dashboard to track the particular sprint, we can create defect, we can fetch reports and so many things
What do you dislike about the product?
No issues in Jira, it is the best management tool for a project and I have used this in all the projects in which I have worked. It is easy to understand and easy to work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using Jira, we can track different bugs in a particular dashboard, we can track the status of a project, we can generate reports for the projects, we can say by using it we can see whole picture of the project, how it is going and progress in projects, it is time saving as in a short time we can see all the progress of the project, it's very easy to use and everyone can use it easily

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of JIRA that i love is Issue tracking software designed to help teams plan,track,manage and report on their work at organization level to streamline their worflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
The major drawbacks about JIRA includes limited offline access which could be a hurdle for teams working in areas with unreliable internet connectivity.

The main problem JIRA solving is Issue Tracking and Management,Inefficient workflows,Lack of Transparecy,lack of accountability,poor resource management and Ineffective prioritization along with not proper use of Automation.

Jira has great features for project management, It haa kanaban mode which simplifies the tasks and their status to be viewed by project managers. It is also beneficial for developers as it makes the process smooth.

Rhe thing that I dislike about jira is that it provides some deatures for free while some are paid. So small organisations don't prefer the software for their use.

It has a clean UI and well managed navigations that help the users to navigate to tasks. It also has features like assigning task logging work and adding comments which help the project management process.
