Product operations life made easy
What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tool for managing tikcets raised to product and engineering. We use it for product roadmaps and sprint cycles which are efficiently managed. Easy to track and solve realtime issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
Access control and learning to use the tool is little difficult for the newbies. If there is trash and unwanted clutter in Jira, it is very difficult to declutter.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Realtime problem solcing capabilities, BUg tracking, Oncall requirements and product management was all made easy with the help of JIra. Our product, FInops and Business Ops are all in sync thanks to this marvelous software.

What do you like best about the product?
1. We can easily create JIRA stories in Backlog bucket.
2. It Associates all Agile team member at one place to manage the stories and we can see the progress of the stories and we can stay up to date with the Project work.
3. Here we can identify our future and present work(tasks) story status.
4. Backlog Grooming is possible with jira, this meeting helps us to interact with the Agile team member.
5. It helps team member when they face any technical issue they can connect with each other on JIRA.
6. We can take daily status updates of Team Members on one platform.
7. It Supports the Agile Methodology in this environment.
8. For new joiner it stimulates the path.

What do you dislike about the product?
I have been using jira tool for more than 1 year, I see 1 or two problems in it which I am mentioning below.
1. Because of wide range of features and complexities sometime its difficult for new user and team also to understand, who are not familiar with this type of tool, It could be more simplified for new user and unexperienced team.
2. Over Complex configuration leads to confusion among team members which makes it challenging for team to maintain consistency.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira tool is helping in managing project with customized workflows, we can see each other story status, i can see my work status(story) i can assign my story to my team member if i am facing any difficulty.
We can see overall progress of the project, It promotes collaboration among team members.
It provides the platform for discussions,comments and issues related to specific tasks.
It is reducing the need for extensive back-and-forth communications through emails and other medium.

Designer on Agile Teams
What do you like best about the product?
I love how in-depth Jira is for project management. Though I'm not a power user like a PM or architect would be, I find it to be intricate and robust for tracking our agile projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the documentation for some of the more complex features was a little easier to understand. I was trying to setup some kind of trigger automation and I genuinely could not understand what I was doing wrong because it didn't work. If there was some more fleshed our troubleshooting, that would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows us to manage agile projects across engineering, project management, design, and architecture. As a designer, it's easy to see when tickets are assigned to me and to change their status. It also allows me to provide as much context and content as I need to describe the problem or task to my teammates.
Best Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jira is that a user can easily manage their tasks sprint wise or via kanban methond which helps your project process run smoothly and you can deliver your tasks within deadlines. It gives best tracking facility to monitor all the tasks qued up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira plugins must be free due to which many tasks needs to be done manually. If these plugins get free Jira will be more successfull. There will be more users which will shift on jira in future.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
While using Jira I am able to log my bugs agains the issues found and can attach test cases into the ticket. It helps me alot in resolving bugs. By using jira I have happy customers with 99% error free delivery.
Best in the game
What do you like best about the product?
We've used Jira for years...many years. We were on server version for the longest time before we made the switch to cloud. This is by far the most conrehensive and flexible platform covering several departments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maintaining and administering can get very complex very fast, but as long as we take the time to learn the platform in details things get easier over time. Jira requires quite a bit of training to get started.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Several departments in our org rely on jira. From our creative studios using this to keep track of their progress to the developer team that uses jira is many ways like development and bug tracking.

The learning curve for beginners is incredible, the initial setup and configuration process with Jira's advanced features

The product Mapping tool from Jira software is revolutionary for software engineering teams. Any s/w project needs it because of its user-friendly design seamless integration with Jira, customizable views extensive planning and forecasts capabilities and collaboration tools. I fully endorse Jira software's Product Road Mapping tool to s/w engineering teams looking for a potent and effective road map solution because I have personally experienced its beneficial effects.

Learning Curve and Complexity...
Admittedly, Jira can be a bit overwhelming at first, especially for new users. The myriad of features might take some time to fully explore and grasp. But once you get the hang of it, it's a powerful tool at your fingertips.

Collaboration has been a breeze with Jira. The transparency it offers through shared boards, real-time updates, and commenting keeps everyone on the same page. The Kanban and Scrum boards have become our go-to visual aids for project progress.

It is the most effective project management for efficient work flow

It becomes difficult to properly maintain a jira project to work properly for a team

It has a great plugin tool like canned responses for comment templates and effectively solving the problem for implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and Sleek user interface. Easy to integrate third party tools. Licensing cost is affordable. Help portal found helpful to learn about jira features and faqs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i come across. Overall the jira product team values customers in terms of resolving queries and bringing up new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing security incidents and tracking the status of issues is painful when you are working in product company. Jira solves this problems to track and bugs and set SLA and assign the ticket to responsible stakeholder to mitigate the issue before due date.
Jira is best ticket management tool with their integrations.
