Ease of tracking project Progress.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira core helps in tracking the work related to the particular project in a very easy manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
The console for Jira core can be challenging to understand for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira Core is impactful in time management and it is a very transparent console for both Customers and Analysts.
Jira is a great Project Management tool but can be used in other ways
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is great for what it is for, but if your company (espeically Start Ups) is creative with unique needs, consider Jira before making other purchases (since you'll likely need Jira anyways).
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the user interface could be revamped/more user friendly. Some things all blend together.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our development team uses Jira for all bugs and product management. Slack is linked so that our team members can report bugs easily in our Bugs channel, and development tackles via Jira.
Best software for the project management
What do you like best about the product?
Ease to breakdown complex project tasks into simple tasks for follow ups and assigning responsible persons. Remainders are generated for due date task which comes in handy for follow up.
What do you dislike about the product?
Updates are provided in frequent manner and sometimes it causes moe trouble to the users and delay the project release. It can be much more controlled in few versions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the project. creating WBS. assigning members to the tasks and follow up. Handy during conducting team meetings and giving updates to the stakholders for updates
Great for non-creatives.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is great pms if youre a software engineer, coder, handle customer support tickets, and others looking for a straight forward software. There automations you can set up and can invite non-registered individuals to view projects and their updates without having them registered to your buissness account.
Its fairly easy to get started and set up and there are a few customizations in terms of aesthetics, but not many.

This is entirely biased, but it wasnt the most aesthetic software to use. I love when I get to customize the look and feel of these kinds of software because I am more likely to use it, and use it long term if I enjoy looking at the dashboards projects, and other pages.
I like fun things like confetti popping out of buttons when a project is complete. It's those small funky details that hit the dopamine center of my brain and make me want to use the sofware more.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
At the time of using Jira I was on a team of 4 designers juggling big projects with smaller projects sprinkled in there. Jira helped us organize and track who was doing what project, their progress, and our work load as a team and as individuals. It made it fairly easy to collaberate and help each other through creators block or think of new approaches to design.
It was very benefitial as a starting pms since it was not overwhelming to set up. There are others pms that can have so many options and automations to choose from making it hard to choose where to start. After using Jira for about 6/7 months the design team and myself started to look for other pms options while our software engineers and coders stuck with Jira.

Very good for internal communication
What do you like best about the product?
Integrations between different platforms are very easy and making the workflow better!
What do you dislike about the product?
My progress sometimes was not saving after the first try. Everything else was just fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping solving customer service queries internally, especially tasking and prioritizing. It is increasing productivity for sure.
Useful for End-to-End Game Development
What do you like best about the product?
It is a product that supports complex structures in a single environment, where we can make a roadmap & flow with text, table, visual and video at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The table part can be improved and made closer to the standard microsoft excel experience. For example, row alignments can be made, formulas can be added, etc. I also founding it useful to be able to cut, resize smaller or larger images.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Trello and asana are not suitable for sprinting, and automation applications such as creating patterns for tasks by creating different pre-conditions and rulesets and throwing labels make jira a preferred choice for us.
Jira Software: A Game-Changer for Agile Teams
What do you like best about the product?
Jira supports agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban, making it a great choice for managing tasks, sprints, and backlogs in an organized and iterative manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's notification system can sometimes flood our mailbox with notifications, leading to information overload. it should combine multiple updates per ticket and share one email.

Jira's issue tracking capabilities help software development teams identify, prioritize, and resolve bugs and software defects, leading to higher software quality.
Great tool for managing Agile projects
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is its ease of use and intuitiveness. As a developer, I like to easily see the different tasks, requirements and blockers my team is having, and Jira shows all this information in a very clear way.
Another awesome thing Jira has is the big amount of integrations, both with other Atlassian tools and with third-party ones (GitHub, Jenkins...).

What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one thing which I find sometimes misleading. It relates to the live updates that we can see in Jira boards. If I am in a meeting with my Project Manager, and some editions are being made to some tickets, I can sometimes see the changes automatically updating in my screen, while some other times I have to manually refresh the page.
If this could always work in the same way (i.e., live updates always working) I would say I have nothing negative to say about this awesome tool!

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is allowing my team to work in a very cooperative and organised way. All projects are managed using Jira, so we use it in a big variety of ways and all of them work like a charm. We can open support tickets to our Platform Team, manage our own project's Scrum tasks and also study how performant we have been thanks to Jira's charts.
