Excellent collaboration for agile projects
What do you like best about the product?
It is one the best platforms to manage an agile project. All tools work integrated and there are many integration possibilitties for third party software. We use it mainly for bug tracking under Kanban methodology to deliver continuous software updates to our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn't much to dislike, it is a very mature platform. Perhaps it would be useful to improve payment for over 10 people, whe you reach 11 you will be billed the first 10 as well (which erre free until that moment) instead of the 1 extra person...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it with Kanban to improve software delivery speed in maintenance software projects. We also use integration with other tools to improve our internal processes.
JIRA: Project's first need
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps a management to assign task equally among team members, it also manage workflow efficiently and in such a dynamic way that the admin can change work allocation during the project as well. Jira's defects, stories are awesome feature which helps heams to meet sprint very easily. The JQL provided by the jira is too easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes integrate with other system is bit difficult in jira. In jira we can't upload files with bigger size, which sometimes creates a problem for attaching bigger logs in Bugs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For tracking defects, stories several such essential components of project Jira is an awesome tool. Jira is use to plan, assign, track tasks in Development/Testing/Support project.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a widely used tool for tracking project lifecycle, project management, and also a very handy tool for audit purposes where we can get information about each project's duration, its importance, and many other things.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike. Just one thing I think can be improved is making it more user-friendly by integrating with documents and enabling the creation of custom progress.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves many issues like project planning, scheduling, and maintaining tasks of developers in a single repository. It is indeed a very productive tool that uses agile methodologies.
A Must Have Project Management System & Issue Tracker for Every Organization
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use. The smooth project management and the issue tracking flow. I have been using JIRA for the last 3 years and it's the perfect tool. Project management is a lot easier and takes a couple of clicks to track the issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like Jira right from the day I started using it. It's a really professional tool. I would say there is absolutely nothing to dislike this tool. I have not faced any issue in using till today.

Smooth product management and easy bug tracking. Easy to create and assign projects. The dashboard has one of the best UI and you can actually overview the project right from the dashboard

One of the most important applications in my company for doing tasks for employees and can be reviewed by administrators

The annual subscription price may be expensive for small businesses, but it is worth every dollar

The problem is that there is no application for doing tasks, and now there is the artist application
Great for project management and team prioritization
What do you like best about the product?
It's an excellent tool for project management and prioritization in a software development environment. It integrates wonderfully with support software and other softwares, making it a great tool to track issues from end user to developer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can get overwhelming with an influx of backlog. Essentially, it requires a person dedicated to overseeing and prioritizing the tasks. Some of the built-in workflow capabilities are complex and take some time to set up.

Limited integrations with Intercom such as Jira for Tickets not pulling attributes through from Intercom to Jira

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about jira is the status values that we can set by our own and we can also create subtasks to track the work.

initially it is bit difficult to use i can say complex interface.

My managers and my team leeaders are very happy with the way we are putting the inputs in the jira they can create dashboards it is vey helpful for management to understand the situation in 10-20 minutes

Jira is an excellentand easy project management tool. It is the best option for bug tracking and agile project management. Multiple teams can use Jira at the same time leading to a lot of integrations.

The user interface provided by jira is firsly difficult to understand, It is not that much user friendly. The tool is hard to set up and get used to. It's complicated user interface can make managing tasks difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides effective way to track the bugs and release items time to time, here we can set the efforts assigned to each item and the assignee who is working on it, and to track the latest updates.
