What do you like best about the product?
I like most in this that it is easy to use.Itd provide inbuilt features that help business to streamline their operations and easily track their day yo day task across multiple teams or platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA have bad interface. Its very confusing when we have multiple projects handy. Some of the users find it difficult to categorise between priority and project's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to categorise the bugs and easy to track the different types of issue with their keywords.

What do you like best about the product?
It is a project tracking tool and it helps in tracking the status of the projects.
It is easy for the users like tester, developer, managers etc to track their work accordingly.
In Jira user can create any kind of issue.
It is customised software that enables teams to build framework around which project management methodology can be choose ( Agile and Scrum management)
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially for new users it is little bit complex to learn as it includes numerous complex and advance features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a project tracking tool and it helps in tracking the status of the projects.
It is easy for the users like tester, developer, managers etc to track their work accordingly.
In Jira user can create any kind of issue.

Good ticketing and asset tracking tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best ticket tracking tool on the market. It is very customizable in that you can add endless fields and issue types and modify or create a project workflow. Jira can be integrated with various tools, like Salesforce, slack, etc. We can easily Epik link Jira assets to tickets from which we can easily track assets.
What do you dislike about the product?
They should work on bug fixes because every time we upgrade to a newer version of the data center, this tool has different bugs. We can import assets but can't track them in real time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Automation, we can automate tickets assigned and many other things and ticket tracking. we can integrate Jira with many other apps which is very useful in tracking tickets.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the intuitive nature of Jira, out of the box. This has ensured that new employees in my department without any prior experience using this software , are able to join team projects in a matter of days. Asides this , I also must praise Jiras customization prowess, allowing my team to tweak Jira and customize workflows that fit into how we seek to complement specific projects as against the other way around.
Most importantly, I am impressed by Jiras reporting functionality. This provides us with out-of-the-box reports which gives us valuable insights into the context of our project work , allowing us to make data driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Of recent , Jira made it impossible to create new issues via epic views or even clone existing ones using the Jira mobile application. This is my major point of dis-satisfaction with Jira presently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is a critical reason for successful implementation of projects in my department. It has made it straight-forward to organize critical project tasks and sub-tasks and assign them to specific teams and individuals in my team. The fact that Jira makes it easy to track every aspect and stage of our project makes it easy to continuously analyze our past projects and identify areas for improvements.

I dislike that theres no way without an app to share ypur work with external collaborators without spending money on a license for them

What do you like best about the product?
I love the amount of detail you can add in Jira - it lets you track, create graphs and really do whatever you want within the platform. It has helped me keep my life organized and done a great job teaching me to work by the AGILE sprint principles.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity and detail that Jira allows may be paralyzing eventually. Without a dedicated project manager Jira can be hard to navigate and mistakes made in Jira are often hard to correct without years of experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira's main solution for us is the inclusion of bug tracking and project tracking. We use Jira to keep up on any work we're doing, through Epics, sprints and tasks. Jira plugins allow us to automate a lot of this, creating and tracking tickets for us.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very user-friendly and highly effective right out of the box. What do you dislike about the product?
