Jira - Manage All the Reports
What do you like best about the product?
1. It will manage all the reports like billings, Accounts and management.
2. As a QA , Jira devops helps us to plan , execute , code and so on.
3. Integration also help us.
4. Our company use slack so with the help of jira we can also collab it through slack.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Use more filter to ease filtering the report.
2. Add by default tags which help new joiners.
3. Add a method to switch one report to another project report.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. As you know raising the bugs and manage it are the big task.
2. Date and time help us to known when i raised this bug.
3. Filter by name help us to filter the bug to a specific person
4. Discussion is a very impressive thing inside the jira.
5. With the help of tags also you can filter bugs.
6. You can also use sprint for the developers to solve the bugs for a specific time and days.

Customised apps , third party provider in jira market place.

Mobile apps need to be improved, as it has some of UI issue.

All funtional and unit testing and production bugs getting tracked by Jira, it also helps for maintaining agile boards. Scrum meetings and daily user stories tracking.

Notification- users receive numerous notification and updates which sometime leads to a information overload. Handling large and complex project we encountered performance issue sometime. It is important to note that some of these feedbacks can be mitigated with proper training and customization and staying upto date with latest development

User interface is awesome on Jira. Also it has different project types for all type work.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has an easy-to-use interface, which makes it easier for me and my team to monitor the defects and effectively manage our tasks. Jira’s extensive sprints and Kanban board features have been instrumental in implementing a shift left strategy. The work log function is really useful, because it allows tracking time on each task and its sub-tasks. Moreover, in the case of the projects conducted by using the SAFE methodology, Jira is also accompanied.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Jira’s documentation is not at the level one would desire, thus creating some little confusions. In addition, the conversation and Chat History should be rectified as I have faced problems of finding specific references due to the mess of name calling and tagging of such mentions.
