Project management and bug tracking tool

What do you like best about the product?
- Among many project management tools available in the market, Jira is by far one of the best tools for project management.

- It is helpful for managing different-sized projects and coordination and collaboration between different-sized teams across the globe.

- There are many great features offered by Jira such as dashboards, analytics, third-party tools integrations, creating tasks, stories, epics, sub-tasks, etc.

- Workflows can be customized as per the project requirement which ensures ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
- There are times when Jira becomes really slow while working with integrations. For example, if Zephyr is integrated then the test case executions and adding test cases to cycles become really slow and time-consuming.

- A bit of improvement on UI/UX.

- Few bulk operations like changing reporters, and attaching multiple issues to a ticket in bulk can be supported which can prove useful to users
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Planning every step of a software development life cycle

- Easy coordination between stakeholders, product owners, and engineering teams

- As a QA, I love that it allows to add videos, screenshots and ease of execution of test cases.

What do you like best about the product?
Some unique features include advanced filters, integrations, automation, easy-copy comments, and dynamic workflows.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can improve on the dark theme and also in some instances where software taking time to load
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Very easy tracking of Bugs and new features.
Have the support of backlog and sprints which is very ideal for Agile methodology.

What do you dislike about the product?
Execution could be better, at some point scrum and kanban takes additional time and data transfer capacity to refresh
Starting steup and work process configuration is minimal confounded
No inbuilt coordinated effort elements to speak with the group
Principally configuration in light of programming advancement and designing group to meet Coordinated improvement model, for some other advancement model it is difficult to configuration work process
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Administration of Tasks and Projects
Issue monitoring and project workflow management with the Scrum Dashboard and the Kanban Board
Progress monitoring for epics and user stories
Issue tracking and task management involve the board.
Progressing with the Legends and Client narrative

What do you like best about the product?
It is straightforward and highly customisable per the requirements and any project. One can create a Kanban board to track and visualise the workflows in real-time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial configuration is a bit cumbersome.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are managing our daily tasks related to all our projects on our customised dashboards which makes it significantly easier to track the workflow in real-time and also work on multiple projects at once.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Jira to be the best way for product and developers to work together. It's easy to use, it's easy to manage and organize, and the notifications make sure that I don't miss anything / can reply to engineers quickly.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that comes to mind that makes me dislike Jira. I truly find it simple to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping projects organized, and documenting conversations between product / dev and whomever else. As well, other indivudals can easily follow cases / comment on them.

What do you like best about the product?
It's an integrated tool with Confluence and other tools by Atlassian and it makes all those tools easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Had a long learning phase. But now comfortable in using it daily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes easy to manage tasks and keep a record of them.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to manage tickets for support or change control workflows internally and externally for projects alongside our Agile approach, the team collaboration and ability ot link into Confluence and Bitbucket that we use our our 2 other main business systems is really good
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the automation features could be better or better at integrating with 3rd party apps. and possibly simplifying the gui from an Admin perspective as it might be easier to let users of the system perform some task that only Admins can do
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing of internal support tickets for IT and other departments and creating workflows for out product and dev teams, we also yous it to support our customers

the query can be much simpler ,non technical peers find it hard to query

Sprint boards, integration with confluence, velocity reports, and robustness of customisation of project boards
What do you dislike about the product?
Best Practices not there in product, the backlog view is quite clutterd. Suggestion archive of tickets in backlog are a few that I do not like
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing sprints for teams across the organisation, creating user stories/ epics and linking to detailed documentation, velocity reports ( with limited story point estimation logic ) helps manage product/engineering teams
