Bug Tracking and Product Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using this tool for one year, and it is the best product management tool. I am using it daily, and my experience is very excellent. I generally like the following features:
- Best functionality is JQL Query finding issues in a few seconds
-Jira is not difficult to utilize and easy to use software
-Simpler to follow the situation with work done
- Integration with Slack and Google chat
I can easily add bugs, story points, watch tasks, add a description, and so more. My Overall Experience using Jira is Very Excellent.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a very useful tool for software engineers and it is really helpful with my work. I can't find something specific to dislike Jira. Sometimes I am facing issues to file upload when I am uploading a file it is not uploaded.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a QA engineer, As a QA Jira is very useful for adding bugs. Jira is the most used tool in agile methodology and Jira gives me a complete and easy-to-understand stage that brings straightforwardness and effectiveness to the project. Jira assisted me with taking care of my time usage issue. It allows to me track my work that needs to be pending, done task, reopen task, Prioritized task, Less prioritized task, and much more.
JIRA for a fast-paced work environment
What do you like best about the product?
It has a variety of sections yet, it maintains ease of use. One can easily track issues and all its related info in one place. Not only does it allow adding stories and sub-statuses, but it also allows attaching relevant files.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. Whatever I have used, it has worked well, and I have not encountered any challenges working on this platform. There have been some integration issues, but those were on the part of third-party software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We track all our product-related issues through Jira only. Not only does it facilitate their status, but it also makes it easier to extract customized reports and use them.

Jira helps me keep track of issues raised in different projects and manage them. Jira allows me to monitor the project improvements and also track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is a little congested, and it could be simplified.

Project tracking, process improvement, issue tracking, raising queries, managing or changing their progress, and tracking my tool enhancement level.

JIRA is the best tool in its particular segment. There are not much of limitations that I faced.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Planning of software business requirements with great details
- Collaboration between Dev, QA and Stakeholders
- Historical data of business requirements and defects is helping us to navigate through past requirements and repetitive defects
- As a QA, I love how the software provides a way to create the defect reports with the proofs like screenshots and videos. This helps us to define the bug with more important details.

Agile planning done right
What do you like best about the product?
Jira has helped me planning and agile development with many different teams. It's UI is easy to digest and use when managing software development and communicating with clients and analysts.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the setup for a project can be daunting. You can do almost anything though with the extensions that they provide. The cost can also be prohibitive at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used Jira many times in the past to manage tasks and features and bug fixes that have to be completed in order by priority and resources available. It provides a lot of analytics to help understand the direction and speed your team is moving.
Works but is clunky and overengineered
What do you like best about the product?
It works. To be fair to JIRA, it works and if you know how to navigate all its confusing features you can probably do quite a lot with it. There are competitors that are simpler to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is overengineered. It is hard to understand how it all ties together because it is overgineered to a point where the useability suffers. Jira should aim to be simpler
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is helping my team keep track of our user story backlog and run our SDLC. It is also used for planning and forecasting. We record all comments on our Jira tickets and I believe our engineering teams have it linked to Git
Business teams management review
What do you like best about the product?
Business teams can describe their work and processes without bumping into unfamiliar software concepts like releases or dev tool integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Combining both Jira & Jira core looks almost similar for everyone but sometimes it looks more complicated...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to track the progress of the work where we are following a specific workflow. It is very much convenient and flexible in managing day-to-day things.

Jira help most of the information technology people to track their projects process at every stage during application development cycle, it covers all requirements, solutions, bug tracking and bud solutions at one place
What do you dislike about the product?
One needs to be experienced in using jira, most of the options available need extra time to get done ,tracking and managing problems needs to be done properly by experienced professionals

It stores the information abot bug and follows the life cycle till it gets resolved, tagging the user and get updates from them and keeping it at same place for other to review

user interface is superb easy to use and assigning tasks keeping a track on them getting updates on work assigned everything is done seemlessly its a good to have tool

i think it should be integrated with more softwares more integration options needed

JIRA - Best agile project management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using JIRA since 3 years using agile methodologies. It really helps me to understand the requirement of project and categories the work in small piece of work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whenever i go through any description of the ticket at that time if i accidently click on the text of the description text then it goes automatically to the edit mode which i feel very annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like the most thing about Jira it have staus like ToDo, In Progress, In Review, Tested etc. so we can get the latest updated status about the jira ticket. It contains different kinds of board such as Scrum, Kanban etc so we can get an idea of progress of the project.
