What do you like best about the product?
It's user friendly environment and the ease to use.
It comes with lot of bundle features like Integration with other test management tools Like TestRail, Browser stack and test defect management tools as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as such I love this product overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps seamlessly into bug tracking and also helps to create user story and assign it to different uses

What do you like best about the product?
It helps to track the issues effectively without any hassle and is very user friendly.Its really helpful in Agile project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initial set up for beginners is time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me to create my Project plans and manage it effectively.It helps me to create issues,bugs,stories for my product backlog and is very useful in all aspects for Agile project management.

What do you like best about the product?
easy to use, easy to deploy , easy to integrate and solves multiple puropuses –eg.backlog planning ,bug tracking, and project management. Development tracking in one place,i like the way u can modify the view of sprint board and can do this in real time with the predefined tools on ui.its useful and irreplaceable tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its not beginner friendly if beginner will start using it then he may get confused..and sometimes it keeps on loading and does not show the ui rendering on screen. its not free either.its too expensive and not worth it for small scale organizations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
i am a developer so the card gets assigned to me to keep track of its stages eg. requirement gathering, development or prod deployed etc.

The features can get clunky, and attachments can be hard to include.

Jira helps me open tickets for design requests, technical issues, and engineering support

What do you like best about the product?
Whenever I start a new project I create a Jira board and add all the members related to that project which includes all the backend, frontend, QA etc. It helps us in managing the project step wise using azile methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't face any issue or lag while usage.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is very easy to track the bugs and progress of project.

What do you like best about the product?
It seems that was created by the user... lot of feedback implemented at any single feature.
Improvements at integrations. Not need customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not easy to implementation at not digital company born. Cost is a challenge for early stage companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improve process and flow of bug reporting. Everything is at Jira or not exist.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool makes it easier for the team to work in collaboration .We can update the status of projects , add tasks and deadline and monitor the progress regularly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is sometimes too complicated and it is hard to walk through it ar start.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing the progress of tasks and allocating the tasks to the team.
It helped in keeping track of my progress as well of my teams , and add bugs/ sub-tasks if needed.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a platform where you can track your work progress . You can create tickets, issue , stories , epics in the Jira platform. You check the work progress in the dashboard , issues that has been assigned to you and helps you to tracks the tickets which have been done or are in progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
i personally dont think of any disike abou the jira , it has everything to offer what user is needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has solved the problem where you can track the bugs tickets, development tickets etc. you can check the work log hours who has done , you can track the time of the user how much user has spent in the that ticket.
you can see the dashboard and track the sprint progress.
