You can do a lot with Jira. It is very useful to organize all of the product work

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is its adaptable project management, helping our digital marketing team stay organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
No complaints for the project that we worked on with them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves our digital marketing team's challenge of managing complex campaigns and tasks efficiently. Its customizable workflows and task management keep us organized and productive, ultimately improving our campaign execution and results.
Project management is so much easy with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
I am using Atlassian Jira for all my projects, and the best thing about Jira is it's board. We have everything in one place, and all items we can see with their current status. i.e. ToDo, InProgress etc., also to whom those items are assigned, making project management much more manageable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything which I dislike. It covers almost all the points which we need for project management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I mentioned earlier, Using Jira for project management is very convenient as it has many features, such as Jira board (Kanaban etc.). We can create sprints and backlogs based on our requirements. So it covers almost everything which requires for project management.

What do you like best about the product?
I've been using JIRA for 3 years now and it is great the capabilities that has to offer. I can have a global picture of the planning, tasks assigned, sprints and allocations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The link between tasks and epics (bottom up, top down, etc) doesn't work that well. It can be very frustrating when I need to update big projects. An improvement on this feature is very welcomed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized tool where I can check which tasks I am assigned, the time allocation and the overview of the plan and sprints is great. Also the Gantt chart is facilitating the daily work.

What do you like best about the product?
This ticketing system is easy-to-use and very straightforward. It allows me to track issues, manage projects, and automate workflows easily. It gives me a clear view of all the items in my backlog.
What do you dislike about the product?
None at all. Jira is a very good ticketing system and it really helps me with my work. I can easily track the tickets assigned to me and it really makes the job easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is one of the project management tools that really helps me stay on track with the projects and tasks I'm handling. Its dashboard is very useful because in one look, I can see all tasks assigned to each of my teammate.

Jira has helped me to track tasks and issues, collaborate with team members, and generate reports. This has allowed me to manage my projects more effectively and to deliver better results.
Project management made easy and effective.
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA has a spotless user interface and an extensive range of features with a high degree of customizability for different project needs. Managing and assigning tasks and tickets to various members is also a seamless experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Filtering and fetching custom reports can sometimes lead to an error. It also takes a little while to get used to due to the tool's wide array of features, but that is not too big of a complaint.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Logging bugs and responding to customer requests/issues with JIRA as our main ticketing tool. It makes tracking issues much easier as all teams across various departments in our company use JIRA.
Jira meets and exceeds our requirements for AGILE and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Its really easy to separate our workflow into individual swim lanes that keeps our devs and qa organized and also keeps our clients in the loop for ticket tracking and timeline goals.

I wish their video upload limit was higher

Jira is helping our organization by helping our developers, creatives, and qa team work together and organize bugs and our to do list in easy to understand swim lanes.

What do you like best about the product?
Project management has become so easy with JIRA. We can manage tasks following the agile method and add all the required details about the task updates such as story points, due date, assignee, reporter, and additional information and comments. JIRA has many integrations which are really helpful to keep track of our tasks such as GitHub.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although JIRA has so many advanced features, they can improve on some points:
- Sometimes response time is really high. We have wait for the page to get loaded.
- More customizations should be provided.

Our organization needed a tool that could help us to manage our ongoing projects in an efficient manner. JIRA helps us to fulfill our project management and bug-reporting requirements.
Jira is the Best App!
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is beneficial to our team because it tracks all of the issues and our team can manage all of this easily. It is user friendly and easy to navigate. All of the needed information can be easily searched.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not sure if it is the Jira or our connection because sometimes it takes time to load and to provide result. Aside from this, there's no other thing that I do not like.

Jira enables teams to use a single platform to plan, track, and deliver software, produce reports, and automate procedures. It benefits our team to easily track all of the bugs that we need to fix.
