What do you like best about the product?
The user friendly UI is the best thing about Jira.
It's ability to integrate effectively and easily with other important tools is one of the best parts.
The Kanban/Scrum boards are self-explanatory.
The ease of ticket creation and managing your own tickets/tasks makes Jira a very effective tool to keep track of our assigned tasks.
Ease of workflow creations and availability of various postfunctions/validators/conditions etc.
Availability of Jira forms/Automation using GUI makes things easy.
Additionally, the Atlassian support team is readily available to help whenever we're stuck on something.

What do you dislike about the product?
-The loading time for complex queries, list of custom fields (in Data Centre only) , workflows etc.
- Lack of idea management feature to keep track of ideas or plans (though we can use Confluence for that)
- Limited upload size for attachments sometimes become irritating.
- Unavailbility of multiple Project Leads for a project
- Unavailability of customisatins for in-built Jira reports and it's reliance on third party apps to achieve the desired results (which sometimes don't work as expected)
- the software isn't much cost effective. Sadly, only companies with high budget can afford Jira.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jira it has become easier for me to undetstand what is the project/task assigned to me about, what is the status of the project/task and when were the tasks last updated. The Kanban/Scrum board is the place where we can also track the task updates of our team members (in case we're working collaboratively). The jira board provides transparency during a project development process for each of the people involved in it. Jira dashboard is a great feature to see all your tasks (even if they're in different projects) in a unified place. It also helps in project estimation to help know if the project is advancing slower than planned.

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me to customize according to project needs, and reports and dashboards immensely help our team manage and track the issues and work on a priority basis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat difficult to understand the platform for new users as the configuration is complex to set up. it takes time and effort to understand the features. It lacks some advanced agile features when compared to Jira software and the cost is also high. Need to simplify the configuration for new users and include agile features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to automate some work flows for repetitive tasks,mainly the reports dashboards helped me to manage the work accordingly.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very user friendly. I can log details about the issue on the jira itself. We can easily manage the Agile model using JIRA as we can assign story points and sprint using this tool and track our progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is slow. Sometimes when I add comments on the jira, it takes too much to save them. UI is vintage. UI/UX can be improved. Also the search filter is not very efficient in finding issues.

We can easily manage the Agile model using JIRA as we can assign story points and sprint using this tool and track our progress. We can see on what all issues our teammates are working on.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an effective project management tool for a hybrid work environment, facilitating team collaboration and task management. Jira also interfaces smoothly with a variety of corporate productivity products, including Google Workspace. Jira is straightforward, effective, and simple to use; you can quickly monitor your projects and utilize agile, kanban, and other approaches with it. Agile technique is best performed when we utilize Jira as a tool, Sprint, Scrum Roles, rituals, and constructing multiple boards to assign and manage tasks. Each job may be created as a Jira ticket, placed in the backlog, and then assigned to a worker with an expected time on the Scrum Board or Kanban Board.
What do you dislike about the product?
To attain your company goals, you will need to understand how to use the platform's capabilities and advantages. It might be difficult to use at times, such as when switching between backlogs and other tables. Ticket features such as discounts should be made the default option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira simplifies project management by allowing me to arrange my activities and align them with the project timeline and deadline. Jira saves my team time spent on task approval and feedback loops, keeps us all on the same page, tracks our progress, and enhances our commercial communication. Jira allows us to be highly productive; the software development project is thoroughly monitored with Jira, each team member is added to the scrum team, they have access to the boards they need to be on, and every aspect of the job is on track thanks to the proper agile and Scrum approach.

The best thing about Jira is that tracking issues is very effective and also managing issues is very easy. Creating sprints for project management is another useful aspect.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike about Jira is that it is difficult to use and understand for a first time user as it was for me. Sometimes when there are large number of issues or tokens it becomes difficut to track them.

Jira helped me in managing issues and tracking them. It also helped me in keeping track of sprints and any issues related to it. Time management is another important aspect of it.

I personally think that the Jira Roadmap feature can be improved.

It helps us convert Product ideas into Stories and actionable tasks which can be individually assigned.
It helps us see a birds eye view of different projects together using custom filters and reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira Software gives the good project management system and help to track the progress of task. this is user friendly for developer as well as client.Most thing i liked about jira's robust bitbucket services that is easy to setup and deploy the code.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Dislike about jira software's time login tasks when we want to add exact starting time of the ticket. it is not the flexible. sometimes it keeps default their current and next tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me to make sprints for mu list of tasks according to the priority and after one sprint is completed before the time it is very to shift on the sprint .with this i can easily plan and manage the tasks for future.
