What do you like best about the product?
Jira stands out in its ability to track and manage issues effectively. It empowers teams to create, prioritize, and assign tasks or issues, offering useful features like issue linking, attachments, commenting, and progress tracking.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira may be seen as intricate and daunting, particularly for individuals who are new to the platform. Its wide array of features and customization capabilities can make it difficult to navigate and configure, adding to its perceived complexity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira facilitates the tracking and management of issues, including bugs, tasks, and other work items, enabling teams to effectively monitor and handle them. Users can create, assign, prioritize, and track the progress of issues from their inception until they are resolved.
Best tool for effective project management
What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is very clean and interactive. All the options are available required to manage projects in different frameworks. Multiple states are available, and we can easily categorize the type of ticket or task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get newly created stories visible to other users. Also, the email notifications about the tickets are delayed. The cost is also a little bit high as compared to other providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the JIRA board to manage the HR DWH project. We use an Agile framework, and JIRA is helping us organize this project. From sprint planning to the daily scrum, everything is handled on JIRA. It helps in measuring the time and calculates the efforts. JIRA also gives an analysis of the sprint.

What do you like best about the product?
As a senior developer, For my juniors, I can easily check track And issues, or I can assign bugs and stories. Jira also supports features backlogs And sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
From my experience, when I was new at a time, Jira was complex. And For my organization, Jira licensing costs are a little high. In the end, Jira does not provide built-in time tracking functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said before, Jira has provided built-in time-tracking functionality. Jira can do a better user interface for Dashboard, but it is difficult to understand. For the cost as per the organization's size, Jira has provided the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Works very well with Agile processes, whether it can be Kanban, Sprint Planning or anything.
Integration with third-party tools like Slack, Github, and Bitbucket which really helps in managing tasks in a very efficient manner
Customization of reports and can be exported in any supported format.

What do you dislike about the product?
Although it comes with a lot of features, which requires time to learn and understand the tool, which can be tough for new users.
As a user, I don't care about the billing part, but for the larger team, it can add up to a big amount of bill very quickly.

Jira organizes the planning and execution of almost any type of project extremely quickly, from large or large, where multiple tasks are supervised, and with a high degree of complexity, to flexible implementations that require simple and collaborative work

It offers a variety of options with customization to adapt to our own work tracking needs and requirements, with easy to implement tools for different project frameworks.
What do you dislike about the product?
It has some limitations for reporting when trying to use custom fields and interlocking frameworks. e.g. Pulling a burndown report if not using an agile board..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps as a central repository and tracking management tool to organize and prioritize work allocation among the teams. It also serves as a release management tool at some degree.

Jira helped us to track every workayream's status of work.

Our Jira was customiser as per the firm's standards. However, I disliked was the lack of automation. Like if all the sub tasks are complete then the parent task shall be completed. This was missing.

for a new user interface of Jira can be overwhelming or cluttered, especially when dealing with complex projects or large amounts of data. Also it involves a steep learning curve for new people.

One of the problems we encountered was the initial learning curve. At first, we felt a bit overwhelmed by the sheer number of functions and customisation options that Jira offers. However, with a little patience and dedication, we were able to master the most important functions and realised that the possibilities are limitless.

Jira helped me solve my time management problem. Thanks to the project progress tracking features, I was able to quickly identify the areas of the project that needed more attention and adjust my approach accordingly.
