What do you dislike about the product?
Atleast for the next gen projects in JIRA, many of the features that are requested have a very long time for implementation.
Also, all the various features that are available are not quite easy to work with. They need a steep learning curve for new users.

Collaboration is a given with JIRA. The QA team can share the screenshots and even videos in case needed on the ticket for the engineering team to then pick and work on.
Customizing various projects, each with their own intricacies helps in its own way.
The boards, be for Scrum or Kanban projects helps us tremendously to understand the progress and plan releases.
JIRA is integrated with Bitbucket and this helps us in tracking the various development activities on each ticket basis.

Flexibility is JIRA's best feature. All the variety of Project Activities can be carried out smoothly making it easier for teams around the globe.
workflow management is another gift that JIRA has given the world -The user can track the progress of the Project and ensures the quality is not compromised at the ed .
JIRA keeps everyone informed (if specific options are enabled such as watchers etc.)
Marketplace is also another world of plugins and templates- we can use for free and for a price - that serves the purpose that we are looking for.
Boards - everyone in the team, knows what the other person is working on and boards made it possible.

What do you dislike about the product?
For small companies - pricing may become a hurdle to start using JIRA as the budget will be very low.
JQL - is understandable for technical people but for nontechnical - it is time-consuming to understand and practice it.
Except this, Jira is a lifesaver for us in several ways.

Very customisable project management tool, great for larger enterprise
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA Core is very customisable, it has all workflow method that you need be it sprint, scrum, epic, anything that you can name. It also integrates well with other atlassian product like Confluence (for documentation) or Trello.
What do you dislike about the product?
As Jira is very powerful, it can be very complex for users who just want to use a simple project management, Jira is not that. If your team is small and you need a simpler project management software Jira is not your go to software, the pricing might be too expensive as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were using target process and trello to do our project management, however they're not complex enough for our Software Development needs so Jira help solving that. Since we use Jira all our projects are clearly mapped and progress are tracked well.
It is really awesome tool for tester as well as developer team.
What do you like best about the product?
Task management for tester and developer
What do you dislike about the product?
Sprint management can be better to improve

Bugs Tracking and closing on time
Create JIRA - Do Nothing
What do you like best about the product?
As an Infra engineer and Developer, I like tools that integrate with other software, that make my life easy using automation. JIRA is such kind of tool.
JIRA is not only popularly known for effective Bug or Agile tracking but also known for its Customization. It blends into your organizational style of working and supports you. Its custom dashboards are really helping us to evaluate the performance of the product and keep an eye on continuous delivery to production.
Now it is available in the Cloud also, so all the bugs are present at your fingertips. JIRA also supports on-premise deployment if your organization has some security compliances.

What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to other bug-tracking tools out there in the market JIRA doesn't compromise on its price. It splits the pricing for license, add-on, and ongoing maintenance.
When it comes to handling large projects with the maximum number of active users JIRA's scalability is slow is what I observed.
When it comes to handling large projects with the maximum number of active users JIRA's scalability is slow is what I observed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA supports the REST APIs, which helped me a lot to automate the process of actioning the tickets after each delivery. It benefited not to invest time in filtering the tickets but rather focus on the product efficiency.
Jira is the best workflow management system there is!
What do you like best about the product?
The best part about Jira is the integrations with Confluence, Slack, Github, Teams etc. The integration allows for such vision on all tickets. The customization of Jira is at such a new level. The ability to create custom fields and inforce specific fields allows for such a more personalized and integrated experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
The worst part about Jira is the cost. The cost per user is too high especially compared to similar workflow management systems. The other big con about Jira is its complexity and User Interface. It is a very complicated system to use, and especially when having to teach a new user, it comes with way too many growing pains.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira for bug tracing primarely. It allows us to see all the bugs within our product and can push us through the proper workflow on getting these bugs and new features completed. It allows us to follow the proper guidelines and workflows that all bugs and features are completed properly and on the right schedule.
The Best Tracking and Management software to handle big projects.
What do you like best about the product?
I love the agile methodology feature. It has a very clean UI and it also provides a dashboard from where i can track progess of all ongoing projects and all details about it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that even though the Jira User-interface is very clean with minimal bugs it is still very difficult to navigate as a new user. I have faced many difficulties like not finding the required tools while intially using Jira software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I mainly use Jira software for bug tracking and collabrations. Doing collabrations through Jira has been a breeze. I also use it sometimes for documentation purposes and to keep track of team activities. We also use Jira software in our oraganization to manage projects and to assign tasks.
