What do you like best about the product?
I liked the way it gets integrated to many other development tools.If there is any tasks assigned to you on Jira then you will get an automated email saying that you are tagged to a particular work
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel Jira releases new versions frequently and sometimes when I get used to old version, using new version feels discomfort. Also if we are not configuring correctly it will lead to performance issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As Jira supports Agile methodology it will help team to work efficiently.
I lead a team and I use Jira to track what my teammates do on a daily basis. Also if I want to assign a task then I can go and assign instead of reaching personally.

What do you like best about the product?
I like to ability to shape and create Jira to use your workflows and the working environment. The apps available mean that literally anything is possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can get expensive quite quickly as every user is paid for whether them being client or not and not using more than one board

It is the sole platform that we run our business from and it used for internal projects, external projects and everything in between.

What do you like best about the product?
This is very useful and trending project management tool, in which we manage our projects with small small functionality. We use JIRA to follow our business in Agile methodology.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike at this moment, it means till now it working fine as we want.This is awesome project Management tool

Jira is solving lots of problems, first it avoids the confusion for any functionality because jira is tracking each and every ticket as well as related bugs in subtasks.
Best Tracking Tool for Agile Methodology
What do you like best about the product?
The overall experience of Jira is quite nice. The customizable Dashboard is amazing. You can login and see the status immediately. I find it great from the listing of tasks, managing backlog, reporting the bugs, planning the sprints, everything is quite nicely designed. One of the best thing is the Kanban method to change the status of the tasks. Dependencies can be easily tracked by the Gantt chart.
What do you dislike about the product?
Tracking sub-tasks are bit difficult as those can't be filtered. Lack of customization of dashboard according to the user needs to be developed. Generating some reports could be complicated for the new users. Need to know dev language (JQL) for some quries.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing a project traditionally is quite time consuming and tracking of tasks is very difficult. Jira has solved these both issues very efficiently. No need to go the developers to get the status of the tasks. Sit on your desk and track them there. If QA raises bug tickets just assign to the developers and they will get mail. The problem is solved. Jira saves Time and Effort to track.

What do you like best about the product?
Option to add detailing of each task/issue/bugs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Attaching documents and formatting of text could be more better.

Tracking all the bugs at one place and it becomes easy to refer back any issue with complete details later.

What do you like best about the product?
The functionality of creating different boards as per requirements is epic. The ticketing flow allows you to reach out the correct team/individual to request for a feature development/bug reporting/task status etc. Great UI, easy to use and includes all necessary attributes to track sprints.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ticket editing/deletion flow can be inproved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us resolve bugs reporting and resolution. It also helps us plan data sprints and product development sprints. This has resulted in efficient resolution of issues.

Planning in the agile methodology is crucial. With Jira, we're efficiently organizing milestones, sprints, and deadlines we never miss. At the same time, all stakeholders can jump in at any point in time and see where things stand. Jira become a hub and foundation for all the product conversations, operations, and deliverables.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we were using the DataCenter version before the Cloud, it was not that simple to maintain and update to the most recent versions. However, as we switched to Cloud, all the cons were gone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All in one place. Milestones, gant charts, wiki, time tracking, sprints, comments, and super easy to integrate with Slack and other custom automation tools we use.
There are pros and cons to Jira so I am offering an objective, balanced review.

Jira does a good job keeping a team organized and accountable during a project sprint.
What do you dislike about the product?
Compared to some of my experience with other products, I find Jira to be tough to 'figure out' and not very intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to set up sprints with specific tasks and/or bugs that are writted up in Jira. This keeps the team on track and as we move tasks from one state to another, it gets re-assigned to another person, as configured.
