What do you like best about the product?
I like the project management & ticketing functionality & easy to customize. Like the customization of Boards according to need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as I used JIRA since last 3 years .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project Management is quite easy in JIRA & easy to maintain ticket & board customization, ticket planning & tracking of bugs & sprint planning etc.
Jira is really a nice tool for all your need related to bug tracking.

Nothing much to be dislike about Jira software.

We use this application to break the piece of our work into tasks, subtasks, bus, feature requests, and other types of work.

Systems presents so many features for newly logged user so before that User educations required

A great collaborative tool that allows you to perform deep dives into issues that arise in project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can be more time consuming than what it's worth as you get more and more intol child tickets.

Great bug tracking tool
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is great for tracking bug tracking in software development and assigning work to the team. The customizable options make it far more easier to tune it to the project needs. JIRA also comes with excellent reporting capabilities, it's easy to create dashboards to track the progress of various bugs. It integrates well with third-party apps. Our development teams have been using JIRA for a very long time and are happy with the app.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not a lot to dislike about JIRA. However, the workflow may be a little complex for the new users. The user interface looks a little cluttered and could do better with a modern look and feel.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use JIRA for tracking bugs and releasing patches and hotfixes. JIRA has become an integral tool for our product development and sustenance engineering teams. It keeps us on track and helps ensure the software delivery for our customers.
Easy to use and user friendly application
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is the fact that it is easy to tag my coworkers in tickets. That way we can easily work together.
What do you dislike about the product?
when changing the e-mailaddress of the person who applied the ticket, the new applicant does not always receive the ticket updates.

We use it for all our internal and external tickets, it is very handy to keep everything in one place and collaborate together as a team.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is a best tool for logging in the bugs and directing to the bug or the product team. The JIRA link helps in tracking the bugs and working on it directly.

As far as I have used JIRA there is nothing that I dislike about it.

Tracking the bugs in a projected way and passing it to the bug/ product team. The JIRA link can be shared with various team and can be easily tracked.

What do you like best about the product?
In JIRA we can track the development of the project and issues which. The Best part in this that we can create a task and assing it to the particular person who is going to handle that task and decide the limit to track the progress. In this we can track overall time take for the one project development and the isses which comes in project development.

Its user Interface & user experience and its pricing.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps a lot when it comes to editing and maintaining the changes happening in the existing core code of the company. The security provided by Jira is very good compared to its competitors.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing I dislike about Jira is it is not beginner friendly. Jira involves a lot of steps to do any process for example to upload a change also there is somuch process to be done. So, beginners will feel difficult to use Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem of losing the previous changes done to the core code of our company. With Jira we can easily track the previous changes which helps bug fixing vey fast.
