What do you like best about the product?
It amazing tool which help to produce and manage all activitities and tasks related with software product .. like to be work on it a lot
What do you dislike about the product?
The design could be improved for dark theme support, as it doesn't always look great in that mode. Additionally, after some updates, the user interface can become confusing and harder to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves all tasks and goals required to develop and maintain a software product

Jira excels at tracking work from idea → development → testing → release with clear status visibility. You can tailor workflows, statuses, fields, and issue types to match how your team actually works.
What do you dislike about the product?
Requires training and onboarding time, especially for non-technical stakeholders.

Problem:
Bugs and production issues get lost, duplicated, or forgotten.

Essential Tool for Task Assignment and Project Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
This ITSM tool has been extremely helpful in my organization for assigning tasks and tracking teamwork. It has made it much easier to monitor critical and important projects, as well as to keep an eye on the progress of ongoing work. Since i use daily to track my work this helps me to align to my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, I haven't noticed any drawbacks with this software.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I used to track my work in Excel, which made it difficult to monitor my progress. This tool has solved that problem and makes it much easier to keep track of my tasks. I also find it very useful for creating charts and kanban boards to visualize my work.

Jira is very user friendly and easy to manage task and I can assign task to our developers on this platform.

Some times I fill all the information but it shows that something wrong.

Jira is solving daily task of our sellers as I can raise task to our developers and they can check it and reply there as a comment and also add images of the issue as it is a very user friendly app.

Sometime lot of UI chnages without documentation and UI can be clunky

Jira addresses the issue of limited visibility and misalignment by offering a unified system of record for all work, which helps minimize the scattered tracking that often happens across emails, documents, and spreadsheets. When it comes to planning and prioritization, Jira supports more efficient processes by allowing for organized backlog management, clear assignment of responsibilities, and transparent prioritization that stays in line with business objectives.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like Jira's Rovo AI feature, which helps me with finding the right ticket, writing task descriptions, and providing suggestions related to product information. I also appreciate the different spaces feature where I can create separate spaces team-wise, like for customer support and analytics. Another aspect I enjoy is the simplest and easiest way of project and task tracking using the Board on Jira, which helps track tasks in progress, completed, deployed, etc., and provides valuable insights. Additionally, setting up Jira was easy for me; I didn’t face any challenges, and the Jira documentation is quite helpful and easy to navigate.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing i came across that I dislike about Jira. Its pretty well maintained product as per my experience so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for creating tasks, tracking progress, and keeping stakeholders informed. It helps me manage team spaces independently, find tickets, write task descriptions, and get insights from tracking task stages.
