What do you like best about the product?
It is the most effective project management for efficient work flow
What do you dislike about the product?
It becomes difficult to properly maintain a jira project to work properly for a team

It has a great plugin tool like canned responses for comment templates and effectively solving the problem for implementation

What do you like best about the product?
Simple and Sleek user interface. Easy to integrate third party tools. Licensing cost is affordable. Help portal found helpful to learn about jira features and faqs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing i come across. Overall the jira product team values customers in terms of resolving queries and bringing up new features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing security incidents and tracking the status of issues is painful when you are working in product company. Jira solves this problems to track and bugs and set SLA and assign the ticket to responsible stakeholder to mitigate the issue before due date.

What do you like best about the product?
Integration with multiple tools like git and jenkins
What do you dislike about the product?
UI looks complex but i guess its because of multiple features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Ticket management.
2. Integration with github for pull request merged details on jira dashboard.
3. Integration with jenkins to automate our pipelines

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the primary tool in our organisation for the project management and creating, assignment of the tickets.it has lot of features like timesheets, time logging, discussion and tons of ways for integration.
What do you dislike about the product?
its a bulky software, while using it sometimes i felt lag and slowness otherwise its a good software for project and task management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
its a project management tool, all the project related requirement can be listed over there and can be assign to different people. managers can track the progress of the task easily and people can also have discussion over any particular ticket or bug to get the better understanding.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira truly tranform managining project and task from most diffcult to easy going process. User Interface and User Experience of jira is so easy to use and understand. Rather than tracking tasks jira gives amazing feature of customisable dashbaord where it gives you lot of charts so that you can see you contribution and can also track others work.
jira give power to make your own status to move tickets , you can make as per your flow. it have a very good drag and drop user interface to move tickets and have feature to put deadline , actual time you take so that managers have track of time.
What do you dislike about the product?
JIra doesn't provide much graphs to personal dashboard free access , it means which don't require any person's permission. i think jira can provides more easy access of graphs and good graphs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira benefits me with putting timeline of task i am doing so any other person know bandwidth i am haiving and how much i did. apart from it gives me dashboard which is personal , whom to give access is my choice so there i can track how much tash are pending , untouched or to move status.

Ease to use and integrate with support platforms to file bugs and enhancements. Alternatively, easy to get the updates once a bug or enhancement is worked on. Overall good
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much, sometimes it is difficult to integrate with support platforms
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the communication gap between Support, operations, Marketing and Product teams. Due to this we are able to distinguish between different departments and track the bugs and enhancements accordingly.

We possess an abundance of choices within Jira. It's possible to streamline the ticket creation process through automation, integrating it seamlessly with various other tools. This integration facilitates the automatic generation of tickets in response to alerts or incidents. Additionally, the utilization of Google Forms for ticket creation is a viable option. The tool also provides a user-friendly approach to obtaining reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
The comment section in Jira exhibits dynamic behavior depending on the relationship between different tickets. While some tickets follow a newer-to-older arrangement, others adopt an older-to-newer sequence. This variability can occasionally pose challenges when attempting to monitor ticket progression and provide comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a member of the security team, our daily operations involve monitoring numerous alerts and incidents. Jira serves as our platform for creating individual cases for each ticket, facilitating seamless tracking of all tickets within a single console. This enables us to efficiently update the tickets on a daily basis and also review the status of other created tickets.

- It has user-friendly interface and very good features.
- Helps us to create tasks and work with team members to complete the work meeting the deadlines.
- Report gives all the details of the project with due date and pending tasks.
- It can integrate will many other applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
- The tool is hard to set up and get used toinitially.
- No built-in timeline to track your project progress.
- We cannot share ideas and keep track of your ideas.
- It is quite expensive.

- We can create a workflow to complete the task in same order.
