Best customizable tool for all types of tickets
What do you like best about the product?
We can create several types of tickets like epic, story, bug etc and we can also have their own workflows. The tool is highly customizable and has all the capabilities to handle Agile processes. The linkages of the issues work seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is too slow sometimes and this annoys the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sprint boards
In synch with the Agile process. We have Scrum boards which eases things.

A Fine Issue Tracking System
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow customization is very cool. It integrates very well with the issue type customizer
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm less satisfied with the way that the application integrates with non-Atlassian tools. I would like to use a mix of Azure DevOps and Jira integrated in a more meaningful, graceful way

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to submit a request for my lead admin to update a past lead of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I currently dislike about Jire services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Jire, I would have to message my lead admin team directly to have a lead switched to my name. Now, I can submit a request online through Jira.
A must for Agile team
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the key components in the agile structure. Jira doesn't just allow us to create tickets/ task but helps in managing them in the best way possible. Plus, the integration with multiple tools makes it much more special and useful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, I feel Jira takes time in loading and respond back to the applied query. And, the cost of Jira is quite high compared to other tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been Jira since ever to manage the project and keep track of release activities. The UI of Jira is so simple and easy to use, even the new updates are easy to understand and learn.
Best Software To Manage Big Project And Big Team Of Developers
What do you like best about the product?
The way you can structure and plan your project using JIRA. You can see what tasks other people on your team are working on so you're in sync with them. You can create tasks with priorities. It helps the managers and other devs to plan things accordingly. You can create a schedule and log time in a particular task so that management can plot your graph of required time vs. time taken to judge your productivity!
What do you dislike about the product?
This software has so much potential, but it's not being utilized to the fullest. They should improve on the UI part where you open your issues, it is hard to find "MY OPEN ISSUES" I feel like this should be on top as this is the first thing I want to see as a developer
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this product to manage our software development. It helps us to manage the devs who are working on tasks as we have everything under one page. It is also easy for the management to track everyone's progress through the issues they have addressed over a period of time. All and all, we can't imagine our development team without JIRA!!

IT is robust best for devops or kanban and agile way .

Not much flexible and can not handle other languages efficiently. Export is bad

Jira has robust tracking or bugs and tickets. It has good defect management system . It can track change management through defect.

It made my life so easy to track all my projects in one place, I can assign tasks at sprint level and also connect with tools like slack

Its difficult to track child tasks as they don't show up on the board

Request fulfillment, incident, problem, and change management processes are all covered by Jira Service Management. Teams can easily get started and start delivering value quickly to pre-made templates for ITSM, HR, Legal, Facilities, etc.

The Jira User interface is difficult to understand. We can't track our project progress here.No team communication tools for collaboration. The tool is difficult to set up and learn how to use.

The best thing about the JIRA is the clean user interface. It helps you report, track and view the issues in your different projects with simple filters from a single tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it has a really clean and quick user interface, you may still find it a bit complex if you're a newbie. Although the user interface is eye-catching, it could be more polished and less complex.

It helps our company report, track and view the bugs or any issues related to our product or software. It also helps us tracking the new updates releases as well.
