What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration between different business units is awesome. The integration and automation is out of this world along with customizable workflows. Advanced MIS reporting helps keep management happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's by developers for developers hence coding skills is a must for customisation leading to a steep learning curve which can only be solved by developers and non-dev product managers find it tough to fulfil the dream on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All project related queries are solvable in a single place in real-time with lots of customisations. Everyone in the team remains sync to what needs to be done helping development teams focus on need.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of the requests created by myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation toggles are a bit confusing and not user-friendly. I wish there were more tutorials for the users.

helps me to keep track of the status of diffeerent request/tickets

What do you like best about the product?
Creating and tracking tickets in the team is very easy
What do you dislike about the product?
There's a slight learning curve to get familiar with Jira to best suit your needs. There are many features available, although not all might be useful or relevant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes project/product management a lot simpler, especially when working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Also useful when you want to backlog tasks that you wanna revisit later

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is easy and project management tools
What do you dislike about the product?
JIRA is not that user-friendly and has an average User Interface. I am not that much familiar with JIRA. JIRA - UI needs to have more colorful and more attractive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not use JIRA and have less experience, but we migrated all data from JIRA to the monday.com application. We have done JIRA integration with monday.com application using the REST API of JIRA and monday.com. We created UI from that User-Interface by putting some JIRA unique values called REST API to get data from JIRA and post REST API to put data to monday application

What do you like best about the product?
The drag and drop workflow automation builder on Jira is highly user-friendly and customizable, in my experience. By utilizing the simple "when, if, then" logic, I can easily automate and tailor workflows to meet the specific needs of our team project. This feature has been especially valuable when setting up customized triggers within Jira for specific aspects of our project.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a project management tool that can pose a significant challenge for beginners due to its steep learning curve. Users without prior experience using Jira will experience difficulties that may last several weeks or even months.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is a vital tool for project management within my organization, as it enhances the efficiency of our project workflow management. By enabling real-time sharing of essential project updates and information, Jira helps to prevent duplication of efforts among our project team and eliminates communication overlap, resulting in smoother collaboration.

What do you like best about the product?
As a current user, i can say that it gives excellent results in managing projects and issues and getting all the tracks of the ongoing thing update from central time to time and much more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be improved much more better because the interface looks very confusing. Some to understand what i need to select and which file i am looking to open and how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solving my many problems it helps me to find my project through the Jira ticket number which is easy to track my project and all the updates about going on it.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the quick and easy way to get all your issues in one place. I enjoy how it brings everyone working on the project or issue to the same, visable space.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like how I cannot change the status if I dind't create the ticket or that I cannot move to most projects after it has been moved to a project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the fact that we dind't all have visability on every issue before. We do now.

Jira is an excellent project management tool that allows teams to organize, track, and manage the progress of tasks and projects. Teams can create tasks, assign them to team members, set deadlines, and track progress in real time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be expensive, especially for small and medium-sized companies. The cost can increase if additional functionality is needed or if a large number of user licenses are required.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the customization of the Jira boards. That you can make these look and feel however you like and how it would work best for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes too many emails, though I think that this is something I could change if I look in to it further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us report issues to other teams within our company so that they can be resolved quickly and efficiently. Also making sure that our team stays on top of their daily duties.
