Amazing tool for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
We have been using Jira from a long time. We are using multiple features including Projects, Roadmap, Backlog, Sprints management, Releases management, Reports and Dashboards.
We like dashboards the most.

There is nothing that we found till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Product management and visibility of the user stories status.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is the most user friendly tool created. We do a host of Projects on JIRA for our multiple apps. Right from Creating Sprints, defining backlogs, Task creation, Defect reporting & tracking, Its a all in one tool for managing projects in a seamless way !
What do you dislike about the product?
Not any that i can think off ! Its too seamless & solves way too many problems that one can imagine. Hence its a one stop tool for us & many other companies for Project Management !!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It involves a lot of stakeholders & rings them all on one page which makes it very seamless & definitive ! Now all stakeholders, having a JIRA ID can be on the same page & come to a common conclusion after being a part of the common Scrum calls / Refinement meetings !

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is used in our team by all types of users, and it is easy to use with other tools as well. Our daily project progress is tracked easily with it .

The kanban boards and the clear UI always lets me focus on my work by avoiding any possible distraction for almost a decade.

Jira project management and user management is complex for new users.
In combination with that, a simplistic catalog should provide integration with other Atlassian tools.

EPIC , Story and Task management is very effective in JIRA.
Kanban board is like a physical board in my office and helps in keeping track of each and everything by making everyone countable for their work in a clear manner.

Jira is a powerful tool to support team members in activities and, consequently, a powerful tool to manage projects. It's needly to improve the accuracy of the budget of projects.
An effective tool to track issues, assign projects, and more

I appreciate the ability to create tickets for issues/projects through Slack, label and track them, and create comments on issues ongoing.

Can sometimes be difficult to navigate the platform.

Creating a paper-trail for issue resolution process, and providing transparency on status.
Great tool to automate internal communication & task within the team
What do you like best about the product?
Jira really helps me and our team to create projects & tasks and assign those tasks to the relevant tea. The best thing about Jira is we can track the details, timelines of the task done, and the reporting, which makes our job much easier.

What do you dislike about the product?
For a new user at times it's tough to learn the various features as there are too many features to look into. More self-learning videos or tutorials can be a great help for new comers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, we do lots of work with Jira on day to day basis as PMs like assigning tasks with deadlines, tracking all the tasks created, and making sure reporting as well. It also helps us track the bugs in real-time and check the project's progress. Really useful tool
The best ticketing service I've ever used in my life
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I like best about Jira is its ability to provide various views of tickets for tracking, from Kanban-style boards to traditional queue views, which helps our team stay organized. Additionally, it allows for a great deal of customization - we can automate ticket provisioning for analysts and personalize ticket workflows. To be honest, I'm grateful for programs like Jira as they have made my experience with workforce management so so much easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest, there isn't anything specific that I dislike about Jira. It's easy to use and customize, but there is a possibility of encountering some bugs, given the wide range of customization options available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It benefits me by providing a way to document and verify that specific issues or requests have been addressed. Additionally, it's an extremely organized way to manage and prioritize any requests from people within the company. Overall, Jira has helped streamline the process of managing and resolving issues, leading to greater productivity and accountability.

We use Jira for the bug, Issue, project, and task management.
Great for software development, but the secret is the larger atlassian stack
What do you like best about the product?
Connections to confluence, Jira Service Manager, Trello, and so many other tools. It manages steps well and has deep integrations and functionality. Effort tracking and management is fantastic.
What do you dislike about the product?
If you are trying to follow a truly agile framework you do need to tweak. It can be challenging for those with less software development experience. I know there are some changes happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps us manage incoming requests to our department. It allows us to easily intake our work and communicate without requestors. Its extremely valuable to us and gives us the visibility we need.
