Where it allows us to log hrs for each story created and track the effort
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if we can get query suggestions while using search issue feature in Jira and when we search with any keyword it would be better Jira to retrieve the results from Current project user opened up on board instaed of retrieving all the tickets from different Boards
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have been using Jira for our Project Management and Defect Tracking purpose
Efficient for proper planning of stories given that we were able to provide estimates and acceptance criteria during Sprint Planning itself.
Efforts can be clearly logged and Tracked hence we are Jira Align to submit timesheet.

The best tool to track your projects in an agile way
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very known as a tool to track your projects through tickets/epics/reports, but what I really like about it is how everything is integrated and how you have most of it at hand. Jira is an excelent solution if you need a space to organize your projects with agile methodologies.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I think is one of the best tools if not the best one to track your bugs/issues while using agile methodology.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organize our projects, from its creation with an epic to its delivery with QA sessiones. As a project management tool Jira help the administrators/scrum masters to have a very detailed report on how the teams are working and how things run smoothly.

A Must Use Project Tracking Tool.
What do you like best about the product?
It's features like email notifications, story boards, projects planning, sprint logics, and the tempo time tracking, timesheets and their on time (weekly hours) submission.
What do you dislike about the product?
This major issue I faced with JIRA about it's main story and sub stories non sync function, like all the filled tempo of sub tasks should also reflect in the main task as it's own, and also if we change the status of main story to hold then all the tasks and sub tasks should get hold automatically.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping in managing the over all project in terms of employess progress on tasks and task progress, their time management, the contribution of all employee to a task based on time and conmments and everything.
Jira, a consistent platform that increases efficiency in the execution of agile projects.
What do you like best about the product?
Jira has a large number of tools to manage our projects, the correct follow-up to clients and many more, and all this through a wide set of options that are available online.
The platform as a whole is highly intuitive and integrated with multiple providers, which has facilitated adoption in our organization, in addition to the fact that it has been designed to be fully collaborative and does not require a complex learning process.
The parameterization is also very simple since it has multiple templates that we can use and from the beginning we can say that it is a very practical process and with a few steps we get going.
The tool is simple to use both in small projects and in large applications, and traceability allows knowing the contributions of each team member without problems.

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is constantly updated, which can be seen as an advantage, and in fact it is, however these changes can raise some doubts when we are managing large projects with many dependencies, however, compatibility and usability remain very well focused and the impact on improvements often goes unnoticed.
On the other hand, there is something that stands out and it is the possibility of incorporating members of the work team at any stage of our project without the need to worry about complex parameterizations related to group management and permissions.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With Jira we have been able to organize the tasks of the members of the work team, in addition to starting projects with the investment of very little time in the parameterization of the platform since it has complete templates for every need.
JIRA- not just for bug tracking
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA has fantastic capabilities outside of just bug tracking. I have utilized JIRA to collaborate with other groups for UAT testing flows and project management. I really love the agile type communication it enables within a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I can think of. JIRA is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are currently undergoing changes to user roles, one of which involves project management for our team. I am encouraging our ELT team to utilize JIRA for PM as well as big tracking instead of multiple spreadsheets. It is such a great tool for collaboration.
The ultimate task management tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way Jira facilitates cross-team collaboration, allowing each team member to provide valuable insights that give project managers and stakeholders a complete view of project progress. The customisable metrics feature allows us to accurately track the status of our projects, while the comprehensive dashboard gives users an organised way to make informed decisions faster. In addition, filters can be applied to data for streamlined reporting without compromising quality or accuracy in any way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our team has found Jira to be generally satisfactory, although there are certain features that could benefit from improvement. In particular, the lack of an available out-of-the-box tool for tracking and visualising dependencies between tasks or teams is notable. We have not yet found a robust solution that can automate this process, but are currently researching potential plugins to address this challenge.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me keep track of all the tasks that need to be completed in order for projects or goals to be achieved, allowing me to easily identify areas for improvement and prioritise what needs my attention most.

What do you dislike about the product?
- There are times when Jira becomes really slow while working with integrations. For example, if Zephyr is integrated then the test case executions and adding test cases to cycles become really slow and time-consuming.
- A bit of improvement on UI/UX.
- Few bulk operations like changing reporters, and attaching multiple issues to a ticket in bulk can be supported which can prove useful to users
