Best Software for businesses
What do you like best about the product?
I like this software most and use it in my current company. It gives transparency for keeping all project records and creating issue tickets to get the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll say the website and app take a little time to understand the interface, but the best thing is that it keeps everything with it, and we can locate files and ticket statuses whenever we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an option to create an issue ticket and give live updates of status also manages projects with ticket numbers and can be modified by name, number of responsible people working on specific projects and much more.

In the past year, I've consistently utilized this tool, and I can confidently say it's the best product management tool I've encountered. My daily interactions with it have been nothing short of excellent. There are several standout features that have greatly contributed to my positive experience (Efficient Issue Discovery, User-Friendly Interface, Effective Work Tracking, Integration Capabilities, Comprehensive Task Management). All in all, my journey with Jira has been outstanding. Its advanced functionalities, user-friendly nature, effective work tracking, integration capabilities, and comprehensive task management have combined to provide a top-notch experience. Whether it's bug tracking, managing story points, overseeing tasks, or adding descriptions, Jira has consistently delivered. Overall, my experience with Jira rates as extremely positive and excellent.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has been an invaluable asset throughout my year-long experience. While minor issues with live updates and integration performance arise, the platform's frequent updates demonstrate its commitment to improvement. Streamlined team incorporation and simplified permission settings contribute to the tool's user-friendly nature. However, there's potential for UI/UX enhancement, and additional bulk operations would be welcomed by users. Overall, Jira remains an outstanding tool for project management, with its benefits far outweighing its limitations. The all-rounder project management platform!!
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I love about Jira. The project management is very efficient, we are able to track and communicate related to the project in the platform itself. Different dashboard view gives a great visualization to analyze the data and other information. One place to document the findings related to our project work. This does increase productivity and stay focused and keep track of the work done! Multiple integrations are available with Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major downside to Jira. One thing which is to be noted is its pricing. It is a bit higher. For a small business, this would be difficult to afford. But Jira does provide the best features at that pricing and is one of the best platforms for project management available in the market right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has sprint sessions for project distribution where all the projects are managed and tracked under Jira. It is easy to look into the work done by the whole team as we resolve the tickets under Jira. The Kanban board and the dashboards help in viewing and analyzing the work of each employee in the team.

Charts need more improvement and sometimes it's difficult to be on the same page due to some syncing issues.

The best things about Jira is its seamless interface and its user experience for both project managers and associates. Hats off to the team at Atlassian for their great job with JIRA.

One thing that I'd like to share with the Jira team would be to improve on its integration and collaboration, otherwise the tool is perfect.

This platform is quite expensive for small enterprises and it requires strong administration skills for setting up things for company users. Specifically, it's quite difficult for new team members to have this software set up and use.

In the on-prem Jira there was not an easy way of doing reporting based on Story Points.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate its simplicity and the fact that it is an all-in-one resource tracking tool. Additionally, it may be integrated with third-party apps like Slack and Google Chat. to make it simple for you to receive notifications over a chat channel.
What do you dislike about the product?
Its user interface is awful. Compared to other product and task tracking software, it doesn't appear to have a modern user interface. Also, accessing the options can occasionally involve a lot of steps.
