What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Jira is how easy it is to track bugs and manage tasks in one place. It helps me stay organized during sprints. The boards show what’s in progress and what’s finished. It also works well with other tools, which makes collaboration easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, Jira can feel a bit overwhelming, especially for new users. There are many options and settings, and it can take time to get used to them. It can also feel slow when loading large projects or reports.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us track bugs, tasks, and sprint work in one place. It reduces confusion in communication and ensures nothing gets missed. For me, it improves clarity, saves time during testing, and helps the team stay focused on priorities.

Easy to Use and a Big Help for Fix Versions and Change Requests

  • March 02, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like it because it’s very easy to use. Since I’m a release manager, it helps me a lot with fix versions and with the change request process.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have the app on my phone, where I can review tickets and CRs and change their status. However, when I want to review a fixed version, it tries to take me to the web version, and using that from a phone isn’t very useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Because we work under the Agile methodology, Jira is very good at versioning and sprint management, which are the features we use the most.

Reliable Release Tracking and Smooth Team Handoffs.

  • March 01, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is where most of our release-related work is tracked, and from a reliability perspective, Jira does not disappoint. My biggest concern is to make sure that handoffs between teams are not blocked, and Jira does this quite well once the workflows are properly set up. It provides a very clear signal on what is blocked and what is not.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface is still a bit dense, especially for people who may not look at the tickets often.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest area where Jira has helped us is in the release tracking and the ability to see the entire trail of changes and ownership. Previously, this information was scattered across chats and spreadsheets, and this has greatly reduced the amount of stress involved in coordinating this information.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is great for projects with well-defined stages and tracking requirements. I use it mostly to track process tickets and identify bottlenecks to ensure the right workflow. It's great for catching process delays during process reviews.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface can get overwhelming for users who don’t frequently use the tool and simply want to track basic information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before Jira, process changes were scattered across emails and spreadsheets. It made it hard to track the process changes and statuses. Jira helped create a structured process and assign responsibility.
