What do you like best about the product?
Project Management, Task tracking, Sprint burndown

Only Task tracking is supported, no timely alarms or warnings before ETAs

Jira's collaboration features enables our team to work together more effectively by allowing all of us to share information, communicate, and collaborate in real-time. This helps us to stay aligned and work towards common goals.
What do you dislike about the product?
Above 10 users requires a paid subscription plan. It would have been ideal if they allowed free plan for up to 20 users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our team to gain visibility into work by providing a centralized location where we can capture, prioritize, and track tasks, bugs, and other issues. This helps our teams to stay organized and ensures that nothing falls through the cracks.

Jira helps us to manage our tasks easily and to track our progress efficiently.

It takes some time to understand the user interface of Jira to use its full potential

We use Jira to manage all our product requirements, assign tasks to the right resources, etc...
Best project & test management tool
What do you like best about the product?
It can be integrated with lot of applications like with zephyr for test management, etc.

Sometimes searching for specific feature may require knowledge.

Jira is mostly used for test management, bug tracking and agile sprint execution.

1. It is very helpful when it comes to project-level knowledge and analysis

What do you dislike about the product?
1. It gets slow sometimes
2. Password does not get saved ,it always askes to login at every 24 hr

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using jira for almost all of our project management, and it helps in tracking our sprint progress, resource tracking and eta of every task. It also helps to sync with client side with all our update
Jira is an excellent project and workflow management tool

I like it's workflow management, project management, issue and bugs tracking abilities

Probably in regards to performance, user management and integrations features aren't so great

Colour theme is not upto the mark, buttons are not that attractive

Ability assign and track task assignments very easily. Comments and progress can be tracked easily.

Agile is excellent, but standard project management workflows would help integrate this tool into other larger more complex projects.

Best Project Management Software Out There
What do you like best about the product?
It supports the entire agile development lifecycle, from creating tickets to sprint planning and delivery.
Perfect if you're using it with other products from the same company like Confluence or Bitbucket.

Doesn't automatically link Jira tickets to all code repositories and code branched

Project management in general. Perfect for keeping history and reporting and easy to access.
Best tool to track security tickets
What do you like best about the product?
The filters to keep track severities of tickets and it's integration part to other tools like pingsafe and even email address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't retrieve the status of tickets in past date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving us centralize all the security tickets from cloud, third party vulnerabilities and internal findings at place and give management an outlook on what's happening.
