An Efficient Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best tools in the market for efficient project management by Atlassian; this is very useful for the project managers and also other associates to track the progress
What do you dislike about the product?
This tool is not user-friendly; this could be challenging and time-consuming for new users to get used to this tool. But once we get the hang of this, It is simple

This tool helps in tracking the tasks; we can create a ticket for each task and track the progress for the same, get an idea about the project timelines and update the status of the tasks

What do you dislike about the product?
Jira interface is less intuitive and visually appealing than other project management tools. The interface can feel crowded and cluttered, especially when dealing with many issues.
Jira can be complex and overwhelming, especially for new users. The abundance of features and customization options may require a learning curve to understand and utilize the tool effectively fully.

The industry standard task-tracking framework for managing large projects
What do you like best about the product?
Extremely versatile platform with lot of features that cover most use cases. Especially useful for managing larger teams with inter-team interactions as well. For smaller teams, something like a Trello board might work too.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not always user-friendly and often has issues with loading speeds or downtimes. Navigating through tasks completed in earlier sprints is not always easy - especially for longer projects that last for years.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in distributing sprint tasks across the team and in establishing dependencies within other teams. Also helps the team align their sprint tasks with our quarterly product goals. We have a lot of hardware products as opposed to software, but still the overall framework of Jira is beneficial to our workflow.
JIRA - Easy & Best Project Management tool I have ever used
What do you like best about the product?
JIRA filter feature is one of my favourite feature of jira. Also, we can create dashbaord in jira using that I can see my whole team status, overall quality of the product, number of bugs using assignee, status etc. Jira is easy to use and user friendly software. We can manage multiple projects easily using JIRA.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the features of the jira. But, Sometimes it gives error while attaching file in the bug create model. File attachment functionality should be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using JIRA for 5 years. My experience with JIRA is really good so far. We are using JIRA as a main tool for our Project to manage project in a Agile manner. As QA Engineer, It is very useful to track all the stories, tasks, issues on time. We can create different workflow which is very helpful for the tracking purpose for each type of jira ticket.

Although JIRA has so many advanced features, they can improve on some points:
- Some time jira is taking long to to load data
- I felt that it is not showing a correct count of records if there are more than 1000 record in JQL result.
- Jira should be provide a limited access for small organization so those type of organizations can work in jira with effective price.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is saving time for the team to manage their work. Also, the Project manager can present work to the Client or other management.
Best Progress Tracking Platform for projects!
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Jira that I like is its ease of use and the progress tracking feature of tickets. Assigner can see if the workload will be completed within estimated story point. Otherwise, he can split the ticket as per the time remaining.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time is taken to interact with the client, i.e, lack of interactive chat sessions where the assignee and assignor can communicate in real time rather than waiting for the later to read the comment and reply.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides a platform where all the projects, as well as tickets, can be assigned, maintained and track the progress of the same. And also with its prediction feature and the progression track can help the user understand the estimated time taken to complete a project.

What do you like best about the product?
JIRA is the best issue tracking propriety software by Atlassian. JIRA has the best UI/UX in the issue tracking softwares. JIRA is very helpful in creating sprints, maintaining tickets for development, and keeping track of the issues or bugs during development and during UAT.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about JIRA. It's beneficial in creating a product with JIRA is very hard nowadays. It makes your life easier, especially if you are a manager keeping track of all the development and supervising the product's overall process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been using JIRA for the last 2 years and it's very helpul in keeping the sprints ready for the overall product development and issue tracking. It's also helpful in keeping track of all the issues and also who is working on which issue or ticket.
Empowering collaboration with Jira in project management
What do you like best about the product?
One of its strengths lies in the ease of use of tasks and the ability to describe them accurately. This is especially important in fostering a correct understanding of the acceptance criteria by developers, the QA team, customers and all users.
What do you dislike about the product?
One limitation that arises is the lack of options for transferring HOUs between projects and the inability to add specific approval workflows when including certain tags.

Jira stands out as a highly interactive system to effectively manage and describe tasks. It allows for proper configuration and assignment for each HdU (User Story).
