Great task management platform!

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Jira is that I can keep my daily tasks and project tasks organized and linked. Jira has a fantastic querying mechanism and can integrate with many different tools
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has a pretty steep learning curve both from the perspective of an end user as well as an administrator but once you get the hang of it then it's not so bad.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves my hectic workload as an engineer. As long as I enter all my tasks and projects into it, I can keep everything visible and forgetting to do things is a rare occurance.

Task creation and resolutions over Jira is simple

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an excellent asset for an internal organization for creating user stories, tracking every project, ticket creation and tracking the resolution; We can connect with other tools like confluence to keep track of backlogs and sprint. Its immigration system is perfect.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no facility to run the retrospective of the task or sprint or project. Once completed to have an overview of the overall process, we cannot have the same; it only shows the flow but not the history of the same.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's easy to keep every team member updated and on the same page on product management and sprint levels, backlog understanding, bugs and task completion in a smooth and simle way on jira. It's so easy to use; even people new to the industry can quickly adapt to this platform.

It's difficult to filter for past tickets in a specific queue

What do you like best about the product?
Loved the feature to create tasks, epics, story and bugs inside a project on JIRA. Assign them to a particular person and get updates on the progress status of thay particular ticket generated.
What do you dislike about the product?
That JIRA is only available in light theme mode, JIRA should also support dark theme mode.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the problem to manage multiple tasks which are required to be completed, also creating tickets on JIRA help keep a log of the amount of work done and also setting up priority of a task is helping

Best Project Management Tool

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Jira is the KANBAN BOARD. It helps me to track my work on any given project. It also tells me the status of any task that is assigned to me. It also helps to link different tasks with each other from various projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
No downside of using Jira. The only thing which I feel is a downside is that it requires time to manage everything and organize on Jira. It is sometimes difficult to manage and update everything on Jira when many tasks are assigned.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever the business wants to work on some new or existing project, Jira helps to organize that project from the start till the end. Jira keeps the track of each project and the work done on each project.

What do you like best about the product?
The collaboration experience among users is beneficial because of all the options it gives you, like sharing flies and screenshots with your team and partners.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, because there were so many features, it was a little bit overwhelming, and it took some time to get used to the platform

Working on the same project with my team allowing us to quantify the workdays at the same project

What do you like best about the product?
it is very easy to use and the way to search and customize queries for the tickets is also very valuable. Morever, it can be integrated with other atllasian tools and git platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few limitations of Jira for me are it is very hard to setup and there is no collaboration feature to communicate with the team. Furthermore, the tool is expensive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well, it is helping me in many ways to keep track of projects and tasks assinged to me. We are using it as more of a ticketing tool that tracks the response team and finished time. It surely helps us to be more productive.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is incredibly flexible, which allows for the configuration of various projects/boards/etc. to support however a team is working through a project. It is also mighty when looking at their filters and automation. As a PM with a non-technical background, I often use basic filters that do not require technical language. But it's fantastic that that also exists for those who can tap into that power.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint about Jira is the forced updates that occur and how they can update the UX without warning. I know these are necessary and often bring helpful enhancements. However, the lack of communication before and after the release is fairly frustrating.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My team uses Jira to organize and track progress on new features being built into our platform. We also use it to track bugs that are found by QA and support escalations that come in from external clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Allows you to manage, customise and delegate issues effortlessly. Also, provides the ability to track and analyse projects. I haven't yet explored any competitors, but I never found a need for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't identified any issues with JIRA yet, the product has worked flawlessly for me so far.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has allowed me as a user to manage and keep an eye on all the issues which are pertaining to my customers; I can collaborate, and associate priority to each JIRA. All the fields are pretty customisable and hence works for any scale of organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is such a great place to house technical tickets, but it also has the versatility to be a great project management tool for day-to-day tasks. The functionality of Jira is really in the eyes of the beholder

There have been many instances where a feature that feels like it should be available out of the box is just not, and the only way to have that certain functionality is to purchase an add-on...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps our engineers track work, our clients create requests in the service desk product, and our customer support team respond to clients in one place. Because tickets can be linked, the scope of work remains in one ecosystem, with easy visibility across tickets and projects.
