Best ever tool for Project management and Bug tracking
What do you like best about the product?
It's ease of use, It grows in the right direction; It has all the required options for any project management and the good thing is they are not mandatory for every task. Users shall use it based on the requirement, user inherently possess the discretion to choose the right option necessary for that particular task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have worked in multiple test and project management tools as a Tester, hands down JIRA is the best test management tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA made bug tracking very easy for all the stakeholders of the project management say developers, testers, product owners and scrum masters. In other tools, only technical people of the project undertands the tracking.
I like Jira for its wide range of options and flexibility
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is by far the best tool to work on. All the team members can easily access, work together and even create and track the progress of each task and activity of a project smoothly and simply way. Many resources are available to check and get references for our projects. Easy navigation across the tool. We can also easily work on large and very complex projects on Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Working on inter-team projects is sometimes tricky. For example, when we were working on a project, there were 3 teams involved; sometimes, the changes were limited to a particular group and occasionally open to all. When I made a change for our team, it got changed for all the teams and caused an issue. The advanced functions are a little tricky to understand, which can be made more smoothly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the last few years of my work life and professional usage, Jira was a great asset to work productivity. It makes life easy by having all the necessary details, logs, and files of our projects and products developed in a single place. The roadmap od each product we designed is efficient and easily sharable with all the team members. It helped our work and business ina great way.
Jira and JQL makes Agile Scrum easy
What do you like best about the product?
Jira allows you to create reports on different issues ie Epics / User Story. I use it everyday to review progress of the work being progressed in the 3 week sprint. Using jira, I can pull out data that can then be shown within Confluence. Brilliant for management reporting or I can use Jira built in widgets on Jira dashboard to show current status of the sprint overall
What do you dislike about the product?
JQL is very powerful, it takes some time to master. The Jira community forums are the best place to ask for help, ask questions, provide help and to learn what can be done. A superb support tool!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides visibility of issues and enables you to prioritise the work using manual and automation options
Best for task management for project based work
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very powerful tool. You can do multiple things for task management and also it improves productivity. It helps in better product management.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit difficult to understand in the beginning but after some time if someone becomes familiar it is a very powerful tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We generally use it to track bugs in the projects. We lost bugs and assign them to the respective developer. It makes tracking so easy and we created phases like deployed, testing and production into it.
A super AGILE management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
1. Customisation: We can customize JIRA according to our project requirements. We can create scrum boards with our customized names, the issue types, and their states.
2. Search bar: I fell in love with the search results which JIRA provides. Finding a ticket id with a single word and correct filters is easy. It saved my time at work.
3. Integration: In my project, We integrated JIRA into Eclipse and Browser Stack. I have both positives and negatives while integrating. The positive one is that we need to give a label in JIRA and use that same label name in Eclipse, and both can Execute.
4. AGILE teams: It is a powerful tool where Agile teams can optimize maximum benefit from JIRA and helps find issues according to the filter set.
5. Process: It is straightforward and navigable, from creating a ticket to closing it. The states exist in the middle of the ticket are customizable like In progress, for review, blocked, QA, etc.,
6. Collaboration: The team collaboration will be built using JIRA. One can comment, reply, attach attachments, and assign tickets to respective persons.
7. Atlassian: As JIRA is an Atlassian product, We have other products too from Atlassian, such as Confluence and Bitbucket. I use them too, and they are also good tools like JIRA.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the Gherkin lines which we wrote won't execute as Expected. It would be helpful if JIRA provided "suggestions" while writing Gherkin lines. This leads to the failure of the test cases.
JIRA does not support some format files. When I try to upload a video to the ticket, I cannot, and it throws an Error.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
JIRA is solving more significant business problems. Before JIRA, we depended on physical boards and messages for task updates. When JIRA came into the picture, All agile teams shifted to digital tools, i.e., JIRA. Where we can assign and update individual and team tasks easily. And also, one no need to wait for the other's updates. We can check those in the ticket status and comments.
Yes, After we started JIRA and integrated it into our project, our performance increased, and we met the client's requirements early. JIRA tool provides one roof for all the team's Developers, QA, Product, and Scrum masters. There is no single day I didn't open JIRA, and I use almost everyday JIRA in my project work.
It is benefitting me in various ways. I improved my collaboration, communication, and formal writing skills and provided correct updates. I can say that I was confident enough while using the JIRA at work. I create different types of JIRA tickets in my project, such as defects, tasks, Test sets, Test cases, sub-task, etc., I will follow up on my ticket until they get closed, and in this process, I am brushing up on my skills.

A powerful Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of use and the ability to implement agile methodology with ease.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features like workflows and status are too complicated to understand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us visualize work by giving a common access to the user stories. With tools like the Kanban board work can be tracked. Our performance has definitely enhanced.
Jira for Issue Management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira has a nice, easy to understand user interface where everything flows smoothly through each of the different processes we have set up. With our integration to Smartsheet, we are able to summarize metrics from Jira easily using Smartsheet dashboards and are able to create project plans to follow up on the more complex tickets that get submitted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a great tool for issue management. For our team, it feels like the tool makes our teams communicate less between each other, as each team has their own workspace and collaboration between workspaces is not as seamless as the intake, review and resolution process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has given us a quick and easy way to track bugs that arise in our internal processes. it is intuitive and easy to use for our teams, though we do have to pull information out of Jira and into Smartsheet to get all of the summary metrics that we want.
Excellent Agile Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
The best sides of Jira are that you can create each dashboard or kanban according to the business requirements. Also, it allows you to modify the status of each jira story based on its progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont have any significant dislikes to mention about Jira. One of the drawbacks I faced is sometimes it would often ask to log in with your credentials, or the page would get slow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helped me segregate the project requirements where I can add up different labels to specify the story's usage. Also, you can add up team members and assignees directly to your Jira stories.
Jira review
What do you like best about the product?
Keep track of projects (or issues) and connect with the whole company
What do you dislike about the product?
I used to dislike the UX but know is easer and better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is solving comunication issues and information lost. Once is there we can follow what was discussed and when Who is responsible
Using Jira for project management
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate the capabilities that Jira provides, especially when it comes to project management. The single issue contribution system allows teams to collaborate effectively and adds a layer of depth that can be immensely helpful in understanding all aspects of a given issue. Moreover, the detailed dashboard makes tracking progress easier than ever, and the intuitive interface makes it easy for novices to use. Investing in Jira to improve the decision-making process is worth investing in if you are serious about managing projects successfully.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the fact that Jira does not offer proper support for Slack integration. Once an issue is created in Slack, it cannot be modified; this requires manual intervention within Jira itself. Furthermore, if there are multiple users with similar names but different email addresses on G-Suite accounts, it can be quite difficult to change the details of one of these users via the interface provided by Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me stay on top of projects by providing a central hub for quick updates, notifications and tracking. It eliminates confusion about who is responsible for what, as each assigned task can be clearly tracked from start to finish.
