Best Ticket management tool out there

What do you like best about the product?
The best ticket tracking and SLA management tool out there. We are also using it for tracking our product backlog and also the issues raised by the customers as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
Literally there is nothing much to dislike about Jira at all. The only thing is that I wish there would have been more apps on the app store. Also, if there were more OOTB burndown charts available to track the progress of the projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is used for our product backlog and we have also integrated it with the source control system to track the code and the deployment. We are also using it for the product backlog.

What do you like best about the product?
This software gives a comfortable and user-friendly experience to the users. It adapts Agile methodology, which helps an organisation to track issue management and deliver the project on time. It gives visibility to the users to track the progress of numerous projects and react accordingly.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it gives an error while making a report by using filters. This may be a bug. User-based roles should be given to the users to what extent they can access.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our Project is using JIRA as an Agile tool that provides real-time reporting in the form of Pie Charts or Graphs for the users. This helps in managing the project by segregating the projects into the issues and assigning them specific timelines to deliver. It is also benefiting businesses to track the project deliverables. It also uses Scrum & Kanban methodologies for issue tracking & prioritizing the tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
It is suitable for different kinds of users for project management. It is also integrated into other 3rd Party applications, making it very easy to track progress.
What do you dislike about the product?
The size of uploading files is limited. Tickets or reports are not reusable, and it is pretty confusing to the user who does not have experience in any other project management tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps an organization or a company to have a clear roadmap of the project and tracks progress easily. It allows people to become more productive and have a well-organized report or bug ticket. It also allows people to create a custom workflow suitable for the organization.

Why I like Jira

What do you like best about the product?
It's nice to use jira for ticket tracking. It's easy to file tickets, update, add comments and attachments and assigning tickets to your team/organization. You can also customize your boards for quick view of everything you need.
What do you dislike about the product?
So far, jira's good enough for me. It's easy to use and navigate. Haven't had any issues encountered since I last start using this platform. Good to have this ticket tracker for the company.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My previous company doesn't have any bug tracking application that we use. All we have is messages via FB messenger. But with Jira, it's easier to track and update bugs. It's also easy to assign tickets directly to whoever is involve in bug fixing.

What do you like best about the product?
This tool very helpful while working in agile projects. Different team work parallely and get status of each task. We can manage development life cycles from palling to deployment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not to dislike any feature of the jira. Sometimes it not reflect the changes in Jira . For jira we need to purchase the licence not free to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is tool I used in each project. We can get overview of the task assigned . We can track bugs and issues also. It helps to save the time and check status and priorities.It helps to visualise the status of sprint by using different reports

What do you like best about the product?
Project managers may plan, allocate, track, and review projects in real time using Jira, a project management platform. Jira is still the most important project management tool for efficiently finding, tracking, and recording defects because it began as a bug-tracking tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira wasn't designed with software developers in mind when it was first created; instead, it was primarily intended for project managers and their managers. One of the biggest causes of tension between software developers and PMs, according to some, is Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As they create feature requirements and other specifications, software teams coordinate and work with stakeholders using Jira. The software development lifecycle can be covered by plans and roadmaps created with Jira, which also allows teams to track and manage issues both during development and after deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
1. Simple interface hence easy to use.
2. We can create a custom filter to sort list items for planned work.
3. Easily create a workflow to track progress on different items.
What do you dislike about the product?
You should be aware of how to write filters to sort list items.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to track all user stories and bugs for a particular release. We create test cycles using them for testing. We also generate different reports to analyze work done.

What do you like best about the product?
The User Interface is very clean and interactive. All the options are available required to manage projects in different frameworks. Multiple states are available, and we can easily categorize the type of ticket or task.
What do you dislike about the product?
It takes time to get newly created stories visible to other users. Also, the email notifications about the tickets are delayed. The cost is also a little bit high as compared to other providers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using the JIRA board to manage the HR DWH project. We use an Agile framework, and JIRA is helping us organize this project. From sprint planning to the daily scrum, everything is handled on JIRA. It helps in measuring the time and calculates the efforts. JIRA also gives an analysis of the sprint.
