Good integration overall

What do you like best about the product?
It is really easy to use yet powerful tool, does have a lot of integration with git and is easy to manage and separe tasks, manage diferent and huge teams tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes, it may be hard to adapt to a full working sprint based team and options, if admin/leader does not know how to manage every option, it may be a really long time taking tasks
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps our organization to manage over 200 team members on their task, track what is being done and what needs to be done and when, also document every ticket

Once configured correctly, the ticket flow supports the working method we want.

All of the "admin" work is over complexed

What do you like best about the product?
It has very good interface and helps everyone to track the work and distribute with developers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira h ui issue like if i change the status of the ticket on ui the page doesnt refresh and status doesnt changes it happens sometimes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving bug tracking and project management which also helps agile methodology in the company. Helps me get updated with my daily task.

What do you like best about the product?
As a Tester and Test Manager, JIRA's suite of tools for defect management, tracking sprints and user stories, and reports help me and my team finish our projects with seamless coordination. We've been using this for over 3yrs now and we're still using it to this date.
What do you dislike about the product?
it's easy to get lost when it's your first time using JIRA but there are a lot of reference materials about it and every IT organization that we know of is using it, so once you ge the hang of it, it will be smooth sailing from then on
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
in an Agile setting, coordination and time sensitive status awareness is key so us managers have the upper hand in getting the support needed to hasten the project or simply to get the help we need to unblock blockers. This is where JIRA is bet suited for.

What do you like best about the product?
We use it for all our tracking needs and it integrates well with other apps like Coda, Slack, deployment pipelines. It's easy to monitor the statuses and see who is working on what.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be hard to understand where to edit the settings of workflows. My team is usually confused about how to transition tickets properly.

- backlog management
- tagging tickets (labels etc.)
- status workflow
- linking tickets with each other
- Jira-GitLab integration
- advanced filtering of tickets with useful UI to do it
- description and comments formatting
What do you dislike about the product?
- in description and comments formatting thumbnails of images aren't always correctly displayed
- no templates for creating Jira tickets descriptions
- not sufficient search over tickets content
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- keep track of work in the current sprint
- creating epics with stories and tasks to do (agile process)
- reporting bugs and tracking the progress of fixing it

What do you like best about the product?
One of the significant advantages of Jira Core is its high level of customization. It allows you to create custom issue types, workflows, and fields to fit our needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira Core can be complex to set up and configure, especially for non-technical users. The customization options can also be overwhelming for some users. Some users find the Jira Core user interface less intuitive and user-friendly than other project management tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira Core tracks and manages projects, creates workflows and assigns team members tasks. It allows you to create custom project boards, issue types, and workflows to suit our needs. We also created custom fields to track additional information and use plugins and add-ons to extend its functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use, simple to understand. We use it for our scrum which is a benefit. Jira can track projects, time management of assignments, and keep everything on schedule
What do you dislike about the product?
There are alot of configuration to setup initially, but that is kind of okay for the solution that it provides
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
