Great Project Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps to organize and plan tasks better in a Software Development lifecycle and helps to co-ordinate with other teams
What do you dislike about the product?
For starters, It may be quite challenging to set it up but once setup it is easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us to plan the tasks for respective Sprints. As we have adopted Agile methodology, we plan the Program Increment and all the planned tasks are captured using Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
The best option is this application which is easy to handle and manages task and assigns them very easily when in a busy schedule, as well as providing multiple report will be very useful for create and manage splints

Even the thing is something else like we have to mark it as "Issue" , hope this will be corrected by Jira in future, Jira is not only to add issues so but the tasks also so hope that another categories should be there

Multiple Project mapping and management through Jira , which will be easy to track all tasks and ongoing on projects also the members task allocation and time tasking will be monitoring by the application

What do you like best about the product?
One of the most important aspects is the facility to work collaboratively with multiple views of one or more projects, using tools that allow project managers to monitor and track the evaluation of progress, Gantt charts designed with great usability, with the respective line time tracking, drag-and-drop kanban boards, and interactive task lists to help teams engage in the way that works best for them, depending on their internal organizational procedures.
Jira is very practical for issue management by allowing us to identify and document findings and resolve them through logs that help us carefully review and consider all relevant information. In this way, we can prevent the project team from falling behind and achieve project objectives, milestones, and deliverables on time.

What do you dislike about the product?
Project management in Jira can be considered as a fairly complete platform with a wide capacity for effective project management, both in waterfall and agile methodologies, however, some currently existing alternatives may be considered as candidates for companies that cannot afford the costs associated with software to manage resources and projects, especially for small companies or startups. But if what we really need is a robust platform, with multiple integrations available and guaranteed support, Jira may be one of the best options today.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Executing projects in the time that we must do it is not an easy task, and it is essential to manage human and financial resources in any project, and through Jira, we can have a tool and a control panel (configurable) to manage, among others, time, cost and scope constraints, so project managers know when tasks have been completed and ensure that no more than allocated costs and resources are absorbed.
Jira as a team management product is IDEAL
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is honestly the holly grail for ticket management, status updates, planning and collaboration. I use jira to track my stories and their status with the team, bug and task creation as well as any sub-tasks. You can integrate and link Confluence as well as Figma (both products that I use as well).
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some small things in Jira like customization can be slightly annoying. Every team/organization uses Jira differently as well as every job title. For example A product manager would use it differently than a Developer or tester so being able to customize the little things for your own team would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a repository for my stories to live, my epics even for planning purposes. It is a place to file bugs and tasks with the team as well as track them extensively.

Adaptable to team size, integrations with other software we use and can control our workflow standards

There should be checklists built in like Trello. I am looking at some third party options.

Best tool to practice agile methodology for project management
What do you like best about the product?
The best tool out there in the market to manage and run any critical projects by having the agile board they prefer for the project. The versatility of capturing a project's end-to-end progress is fantastic and helps present the status of any project to the top management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user access can be made similar as they are lots of functionality to customise user access; it's difficult for an admit to configure the correct access level for the right employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A number of projects are being run within the organisation, and JIRA is currently the one-stop solution for us to run an effective team to reach the goal before the project deadlines.
Jira - A great management tool
What do you like best about the product?
We used Jira Server, a fantastic product for our Helpdesk tickets and asset inventory. We used Jira for many years and only left because Server was shutting down. Jira is highly customizable and has a ton of great add-ons you can get from their Marketplace. It has a clean UI and great backend tools to keep things running smoothly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We had two significant issues with Jira. First, we could not seamlessly integrate it with our student information system Skyward. The inability to integrate specific software held us back. The other issue was we liked using Jira Server for the low cost and option to host the server on-site. Atlassian will no longer be supported Server in the near future, with everyone having to move to Jira Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solved our biggest problem, which was managing our incoming Helpdesk tickets. It helped keep us organized and on track with issues by using tools such as SLAs and excellent reporting. It also enabled us to track assets' locations and status quickly.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps you plan and keep track of your projects in one place for your whole team. And it's free up to 10 users.
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be difficult to find your way when dealing with several projects at the same time.

Jira let us keep track of projects and tasks, and share code and issues with our team of developers.

Nice and Best experince
What do you like best about the product?
This is the best tool in terms of tracking the status of whatever work is going on from various stakeholders. No need to interrogate them or ask them for the status.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not much to dislike, although I would love it if we could use more filters. That will be a great help in terms of finding the tasks more easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps to create stories, tasks, and epics ad manage all of them in a single place, which helps me in tracking the status of ongoing work.
