"Improved work experience with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
For me, Jira offers an easy-to-use interface and a wealth of features that help me manage my projects. Jira has it all, from creating tasks to assigning responsibilities and tracking progress. The ability to integrate Jira with other tools I already use at work has also enhanced my experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
We have noted some negative aspects of Jira. The large number of options and configurations can be overwhelming and require more training time. We have also encountered speed problems, especially when dealing with large amounts of data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is an invaluable tool for any team looking to improve their work processes and solve project management challenges, which has contributed to team effectiveness and project success.

Jira can be expensive for small teams.
It is complex to set up and use, especially for non-technical users.

We are using it for product management which includes:
A centralized platform for tracking tasks, bugs, and projects, making it easier for team members to stay on top of their work and meet deadlines.

It has all what you need in order to run and manage your projects, starting from creating your product roadmap, sprints, and task management, retrospective meetings.

It's over complicated tool, in order to manage a simple thing, take a lot of time from going around the settings.

It's very beneficial for large corporations with multiple projects and complex roadmaps.

What do you like best about the product?
The best software used for project management, and I would like to recommend it to my friends and all the people who will ask me about the best management tool

I love every feature of this software reason very friendly, easy to understand the steps and features, and very helpful for all; of course, I will recommend this software for management.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps your software teams find, track, and record bugs in their software. A good bug or issue-tracking tool like Jira lets your team view all the items in your backlog, including bugs and project tasks.

Jira helps us to stay agile. We assign tasks to team members, monitor their progress and also help us know our burn-down chart and the resources available to execute features in a sprint

It can get a little bit overwhelming with all the features available and sometimes you have to go to different places to find the things you want. But once you get used to it, it becomes a breeze

What do you like best about the product?
The organization and practicality of keeping updates and bugs in check as you are working on a variety of different projects. Add the ability to update an issue once it is completed, this can help greatly with keeping the entire team informed and up to date.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the overall UI and layout can be a bit buggy and confusing for those who are stepping into the software for the first time, and may feel a bit overwhelmed with the amount of info presented before them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest use of Jira is that we are able to track and keep up to date with multiple issues such as various bugs, necessary features, and additional info that needs to be monitored so it doesn't slip through the cracks

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides good clarity in assigning tasks to team members. In our organization, we use jira for logging our timesheets. With the help of this app, we are able to know what task has been completed by which team member. This also helps to file the issues and track their status.
What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is hard to set up and get used to. Its complicated user interface makes managing tasks difficult. Internal chat features could have been added to communicate within the team.

Jira helps the team plan the tasks, it allows us to create user stories and assign them to team members. It also helps us track the status of the tasks assigned to the team members. In addition to that it can help us to maintain the report regarding the work

What do you like best about the product?
Delivered the whole product for us, and being able to manage our Workflow management really streamlined out teams and communications. Such a powerful and Flexible tool

Some of the newer changes have come across as counter-intuitive, but easy enough to workaround

Helps us manage in house development and our parent company products, who are located in Euro. Communication and workflows have keep the projects and BAU progressing

What do you like best about the product?
The interface is friendly and suits the whole ecosystem. Love the Jira and Atlassian apps

It can be a bit overwhelming for new users as it is very complex, but once you start using it, you will feel more relaxed.

It solves the problem of Project Management and Technical Documentation at our company.
