best product to manage product with bug tracking
What do you like best about the product?
Basically i have used to track the product timelines as well as working on the bugs with deadline tracker in it with alerts of completion as well as working on the sprints to know what features will take what time and how much bandwidth we have to use of it and implementation of product management with team assigning over it and best part it backlogs to on which things we are lagging behind in it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everytime is fine just connected to Microsoft teams will be better to get notified on it with daily task list
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In starting we missed the updates and things which are in pipeline as well as working on product but missed some features and timelines tracking is not there so we implementation of jira came into picture after implementing the jira we got to know which person having bandwidth and timeline is product managed easily and fixed now and faster product management as well .

Jira is the most reliable tool for team collaboration, bug hunting, and better performance it helps in issue tracking and has advanced boards like kanban workflows and scrum.

Initial setup and onboarding for this tool feels so lengthy and complex and the dashboard sometimes automatically freezes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool helps me so much in backlog management, creating tickets and tracking the workflow, status of the project, along with the sprint planning, and at my workplace, being a workflow coordinator, i save my time, and jira helps me do all the workflow customisations for enhancing team performance.

Essential Tool with Seamless Integration but Overwhelming for New Users
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the easiness of use and how it integrates with all other Atlassian tools. Linking Confluence to Jira tickets to document everything makes processes clear and lets the team know what everyone is working on.

It may be a bit overwhelming for a new user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Jira for ticket management and bug tracking. It makes all processes clear, letting the team know what everyone is working on. Its integration with Atlassian tools like Confluence is valuable for documenting everything.
Jira Keeps Our ML Experiments Organized and Cross-Functional Work Aligned
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps me to organize experiments, track model development and coordinate with cross functional teams, i create tasks for dataset preprocessing , model training and evaluation and assign substasks for hyperparameter tuning , features engineering or testing, the ability to attach, datasets, experiment logs or notebook directly to Jira ticket keeps all related files in one place, integration with Google workspace allows me to link docs or sheets with experimental results and share them with client seamlessly. sprint boards and kanban view makes it easy to monitor ML pipeline progress , track blockers and plan next steps for model development. its our daily drive tool in workflow. we use Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Gemini daily.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes Jira feels heavy for small experiments ,. creating multiple subtasks for iterative ML experiments can be slightly cumbersome, advance automation features require setup and occasionally third party plugins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it solves coordination and tracking problems across ML workflows, instead of tracking experiments and tasks manually, i can see the status of each dataset, model and evaluation in one centralized system, it improves team collaboration , reduces miscommunication between ML engineers, data engineers and product teams, and ensures timely completion of milestones, tasks and blockers are visible, making sprint planning and progress monitoring much more structured. it is indispensable for managing ML projects with multiple moving parts, it enhances accountability, keep documentation and datasets organized and streamlines collaboration between data ,ML and product teams, while it can be slightly heavy for small experiments, the benefits far outweigh the minor setup complexities.

i like JIRA is we can enforce the scrum strategies here very easily as collaboration , team roles , privacy to the project , also there are lots of filters and search for easy management

it lacks very complex search filter (either through dropdown or jql), it shows lots of option in one screen so it can be confusing in time when they changed their ui

it helps in project management and team collaboration , you can track all the task and its progress of the project
