The UI/UX can be more seamless. Making forms easier to create by non IT personnel.

Tracking issues and solution history for compliance, legal and performance reasons.

Easy to use interface, quickly creation of new tasks.

Reminder management, could do a lot better on tracking statuses and request updates.

Task management, priority management, time management.

The eco system of the Jira world seems to be well planned. it does provide a better linkage between the tickets and it makes it easier to fully understand the issues
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the life cycle of a jira ticket can be a bit of a chaotic one and Jira seems to be a bit rigid solution in that case like once you changed the status of a ticket you may need to talk to your senior with the correct permission to make it back to the previous state.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
we use Jira to manage the change request, bugs, tasks, product improvement and every bit of systematic things we do at our company. It certainly has helped us to manage things better rather than manually trying to do those.
JIRA - The best agile tool
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using JIRA Core for about 2 years now. It has been very helpful in tracking my work and the tasks I am assigned with. It has multiple features wherein I can extract various reports as per my need. It's the best project management tool to my knowledge!
What do you dislike about the product?
The UI is a little complicated to use in firsthand. The timelines could have been more clear. The terms for the status of the story would have been more clear.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solves problems of tracking the progress of a story or task, helps in solving the defects by assigning them to the right person, helps in clear understanding of the task assigned with the clear mention of the description.

-Little bit pricey for small enterprises

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira makes very easy to track progress, assign tasks, manage people which helps tremendously in deliverying project on right time.
Organizations can now track projects with this vast management tool.
What do you like best about the product?
A powerful and customizable tool allowing integration with many 3rd party tools. Jira eases defining goals and tracking progress. Different organizational project management methodologies such as agile is commonly supported for all roles.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a bit complex to learn and Is not as flexible in content creation as other project management tools. cost could be an issue for medium/small sized teams as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Collaborating with teams is hard! complexity of task tracking and managing a project process is now done in the same tool. it allows us to get a birds-eye view of project progress, integrate the knowledge base with users, and get it all defined in one place. Amazing.

Best customizable tool for all types of tickets
What do you like best about the product?
We can create several types of tickets like epic, story, bug etc and we can also have their own workflows. The tool is highly customizable and has all the capabilities to handle Agile processes. The linkages of the issues work seemlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
The application is too slow sometimes and this annoys the users.

A Fine Issue Tracking System
What do you like best about the product?
The workflow customization is very cool. It integrates very well with the issue type customizer
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm less satisfied with the way that the application integrates with non-Atlassian tools. I would like to use a mix of Azure DevOps and Jira integrated in a more meaningful, graceful way

What do you like best about the product?
I like how simple it is to submit a request for my lead admin to update a past lead of mine.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything that I currently dislike about Jire services.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before using Jire, I would have to message my lead admin team directly to have a lead switched to my name. Now, I can submit a request online through Jira.
