Best project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Easy access and reminders along with people alignment in place for effective project management and task allocation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't see any downsides as such. but during due dates, it would be better if it provides reminders on spot

What do you like best about the product?
Ability to create sprints and story points which makes managing the project really easy along with Epics and user stories that we can create.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is huge! The learning curve might be a bit hard in the beginning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Move the project in the right direction and track bugs. Provide client with confidence about the project.

- Sometimes difficult to configure
- Taking time to load old issues

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is the best tool for managing tasks, issues, projects, and workflows. I used this software for task and bug-related activities. Use this software for worklog and timesheet purposes.
Excellent tools for bugs tracking, Incidents management.
What do you like best about the product?
Best tools for project management, CR, sprints, Ticket/incidents management tools and Time tracing. I use JIRA Incidents or bug trackings and user-level assign the tickets as ticketing tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I found only basic UI, and it challenging to navigate
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves the problem of Bugs or incident tracking. I think JIRA is the best Ticketing tool as per my experience. Easy to rack incidents, who is working on which ticket, and user level efforts on each track.

I can track all kinds of tasks and issues for my workspace on one platform.

There is nothing I disllike about Jira. It is a great management tool.

It help pe keep a track of features under development, L3 support issues, feature requests from consumers and bugs, all in one platform for my team.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very helpful in tracking progress on a particular project in our team and also the capability for integration with Microsoft Teams is also very helpful since it can directly accessed via teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The terminologies is a bit confusing while assigning a task or getting a task assigned. Creating issues also is a bit confusing in the beginning. Other than this there is nothing to dislike.

What do you like best about the product?
Analytics on team sprint performance. We watch the improvement over time on how many story points can be delivered and how the team gets better each sprint. These reports are motivating to other teams within our org.
What do you dislike about the product?
Very hard to use for sales cycle. It's not obvious how to hold sprints when the deals are not closing as quickly as we want. our sales cycle is very long, so it takes months to finally close the deal.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team management, sprint planning and execution. We also use it for bug tracking and feature requests. We have automation connected with Jira to keep our sales database updated too.
Best app to plan, manage and organize your project
What do you like best about the product?
They have gantt chart for planning and checking people progress. Easy to manage workflow.

What do you dislike about the product?
Automatically change the Assignee when scheduling the story in gantt chart. I don't want to replace my co-worker with mine, since we are working on the same story.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Support for our Agile working environment. Get notifications when the story is updated.

Very powerful, could use some improvements
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is super customizable. Custom fields make tasks endlessly configurable. It is also the industry standard in software.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like the ability to nest boards which you can't currently do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it very clear where issues are in their lifecycle
Good tool but nothing more
What do you like best about the product?
The organization by project and by sprint follows the agile methodology. The toll doesn't try to be fancy or do everything and has great integrations with loads of other stuff.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira seems stuck in the past. They did not change much in the last five years, and design choices are questionnable. User management is a pain, and finding what you want in the UI is hard.

Keeping track of changes and feature requests. Documenting tickets for developers and organizing our development sprints.
