What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to create a report in Jira because of its duplicate and clone features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The interface itself. Too dull and the features are kinda small.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating reports and forwarding them directly to the developers.

IT process handling in JIRA CORE. ISSUE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM and other IT systems are best to use

Absolutely number 1 tool for project management procedures, convenience in assigning, prioritizing and shifting tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
Statistics in Jira is a bit weak, I mean collecting the info regarding the sprints finalization etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily work on a few projects and know the exact milestones and tasks which the other person is implementing now. Transparency is first. I also like integration with the other services and Confluence especially.

Jira Core is helping businesses maintain records of their work within a single platform
Good incident manager
What do you like best about the product?
It is a very useful tool for managing company incidents, you can change their statuses, make progress comments, and assign them to people.
What do you dislike about the product?
The states in which an incident can be found are a bit confusing. They should change the flow to make understanding the incidents easier. Other than that, there hasn't been anything I didn't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
How to "pressure" a work group with the assignment of an incident to force it to be part of their work and that they have to review and analyze it.

What do you like best about the product?
When you're using Jira you're tracking everything, and the progress is visible to your team. Number of Jira tickets you resolve is shows how much work you've done in a day, month or a year.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes all the notification mails can get annoying.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving a lot of problems like better team collaboration tracking of individual work done and progress of the project.

It is the best tool for your team to keep track of your project; Jira helps your team to be more organized

It's a bit confusing for beginners; it seemed confusing when I started with Jira. It may be a different experience for you. Who knows but apart from disliking I liked the product

It helps me keep track of the project deadline, which is the most crucial thing in the project. Apart from deadlines, it also allows me to assign work to my junior and keep track of a project
