Best to monitor/ track production incidents

What do you like best about the product?
Using for issues tracking. Easy to follow, integrate with our other tools to get instant updates and notifications, tagging respective owners, filters based on created date and priorities help us create a dashboard.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not that I know of. One primary concern, reading linked issues is quite challenging; everything on the screen is lost when we return to the primary topic or load the board instead of the actual ID we were working on.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is only one dislike.

When we want to increase the licenses on jira, we should take for 100licenses at at time. There is no option to take for 5 or 10 or 20 or etc. We should take it for 100 no's.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is an awesome tool for Engineering and other teams to track their activities on a daily basis. Its a best software for ticketing system.

Best way to track and manage a Project

What do you like best about the product?
The way I can assign tasks to people and manage each task in a story or epic and ability to add attachments and write comments, tag people and so much more
What do you dislike about the product?
Difficulty to track child tasks as each child task is not visible on the board
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes my life easy by providing such an elegant solution to manage my projects and help me track all my multiple projects simultaneously

What do you like best about the product?
Jira can easily manage your work by tracking and creating a dashboard it's very easy to use. You can track all activity of the issue if you don't have knowledge about technical things you can also manage Jira
What do you dislike about the product?
There no such dislike of things, but I think Jira has quite a bit of cost as compared to other tools, and I also did Jira migration, so there is some issue I got during the customization
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira have a very good tracking and making workflow system, and we can easily create an issue; I did Jira migration, so jira api helped me a lot while migrating, so we can say it's very easy to use

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about JIRA is how easy it is to create tickets and track your issues on it. You can create your future release. It's quite a versatile software and can be used even as a CRM as well. It helps us raising and tracking bugs directly with our developers teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
The user interface may look a bit outdated and from a CRM perspective, it's gets a bit complicated to search and manage tickets. So many companies are moving away from JIRA as a CRM and using it mostly as a ticketing systems for the softwares.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us raising and tracking issues related to our products and services. You can also allow access to who can watch or work on that particular product/service.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best is how seamlessly it fits in managing the tasks and assigning work and tickets. However, the leading beauty of JIRA lies in its space management and how beautifully they have implemented the User experience in its UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira's Ui and everything is great, but innovation is lacking. Sometimes I see some features in Jira's competitors and wish they were here too. A few suggestions could be Ai integrations and a little customization option.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps me manage my daily tasks assigned. I do not have to search for my task and look for priority ones. All are readily available thanks to the fantastic User experience Jira has created.
I can find any suggestions or ask for doubts in the comment section and check for history related to a particular issue at one place.
I have been using JIRA for past few months now and have been able to grasp and navigate it easily.

The micromanagement of tasks inside Jira and the features be it adding different fields or viewers to a story.

Nothing to dislike all seems goood.

What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration between different business units is awesome. The integration and automation is out of this world along with customizable workflows. Advanced MIS reporting helps keep management happy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's by developers for developers hence coding skills is a must for customisation leading to a steep learning curve which can only be solved by developers and non-dev product managers find it tough to fulfil the dream on their own.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All project related queries are solvable in a single place in real-time with lots of customisations. Everyone in the team remains sync to what needs to be done helping development teams focus on need.

Navigation toggles are a bit confusing and not user-friendly. I wish there were more tutorials for the users.

There's a slight learning curve to get familiar with Jira to best suit your needs. There are many features available, although not all might be useful or relevant
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes project/product management a lot simpler, especially when working across multiple teams and stakeholders. Also useful when you want to backlog tasks that you wanna revisit later
