What do you like best about the product?
Testrail integration with jira is pretty fine....awesome UI with logs of customize modification.

There is nothing i seems so far that i can dislike

Jira reporting is superb. i have worked in many tools but nothing like Jira

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jira for the past five years in all my organizations. Below are some things I love about Jira:

- I can track and manage issues and tasks in a structured and organized way.
- I can collaborate with my team members and stakeholders in real-time.
- I can track progress and performance with customizable reports and dashboards.
- I can integrate Jira with other tools and systems to streamline my workflows.
- I can use Jira to manage projects of any size and complexity. Used in small, mid-scale and large-scale organizations
- I can use Jira to track and prioritize issues and tasks according to their importance and impact.
- I can use Jira to plan and schedule work and set deadlines.
- The JQL(Jira Query Language), helps in bulk filtration and retrieval of tickets based on multiple check points like Assignee, Ticket deadline, ticket status and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
At times:
- I may have to invest time and effort into setting up and configuring Jira to fit teams' specific needs.
- I may need to seek out training or resources to leverage Jira's features and capabilities fully.
- If my team or project generates extensive data, I experience performance issues with Jira.
- As our project grew, we had to purchase additional licenses or upgrade the subscription plan to accommodate the increased demand. Basic features are limited for a budget project.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Disorganization: Teams may struggle to stay organized and focused without a transparent system for tracking tasks and issues. Jira provides a central place to create, assign, and track commissions and topics, helping teams stay on top of their work.

- Poor communication and collaboration: Without adequate communication and collaboration tools, teams may struggle to stay informed and work together effectively. Jira provides features such as commenting, tagging, and @mentions to facilitate real-time communication and collaboration.

- Lack of visibility into progress: Without clear metrics and reports, teams may have difficulty understanding their work's status and identifying improvement areas. Jira provides customizable reports and dashboards to help teams track progress and performance.

- Disconnected tools and systems: Without integration capabilities, teams may manually transfer data and information between different devices and methods, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors. Jira can be integrated with many tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking efforts capability .The way efforts and scrum could be handaled is incredible .Provides great oppurtunity to manage sprint and also has great analytical capabilities

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility of Jira is amazing. Within one company the fact that many different parts of the organization can use the same tool for very different purposes is incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending how large our company gets, managing many projects can be cumbersome and confusing. There are ways to address this either through internal processes or plugins which help organize tickets differently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking developers work tickets. Tracking personal tasks and goals. Providing metrics on work to be done or work already completed. It's great to have the different options for how to view work.

Great For Project Tracking

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira has the ability track project in an agile style. This is a transparent view for all project team member can view all upcoming items, current state and who it was assigned to.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes there are latency issues once a story or task has been updated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is used to communicate with our off-shore teams and track the progress of our current project. It also shows the status of the current workflow. Users can also tag viewers interested in monitoring the project. Jira can provide the current workflow. We also add in our user stories for transparency to both teams.

What do you like best about the product?

Time logging in JIRA usually forgot from my side and it will be helpful if possible to create a timer or reminder for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
So many things:
1. highly configurable to meet the needs of all businesses
2. smartly built to report on the progress of generally the most significant business investment (IT/Dev)
3. easy to use by the field and easy to manage.
4. supports integrations with tons of productivity solutions
What do you dislike about the product?
The flexibility (ability to highly configure it) can be used to build novel flows/ reporting that result in difficulty running the simplest operations and flawed reporting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is primarily used for Product/ project planning, roadmap management and reporting. Using Jira helps keep the entire organization in sync about the product roadmap and therefore keeps the business story aligned.

Jira the best work management software

What do you like best about the product?
The way it seamlessly integrates with all the rest of the other solutions with ease. Also unlike other tools like github or gitlab issues which have very less options when it comes to workflow and stuff, this is just perfect. We can start using jira in the name of epics for our project linking it along with the tasks then once done we can use the same jira to track bugs in the code chunk. Also I like the plugins they provide which can integrate with github, testrail, pager duty, and many other software. without much effort.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes when they update they screw up with ease of use. for example now they have added a way to edit a jira ticket description just by clicking on the description but the problem is when we want to check some logs in issue description or we want to see some image attachment in the description we used to rely upon zooming or clicking the same but now since single click leads to editing that is no longer feasible. In a similar way during a few other updates, they made a few parts inconvenient. Why break something when it's already working fine? Also, still administrator only has permission to enable dark mode even though it can simply be a user setting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As I said earlier we are using Jira as an end-to-end tool meaning from the moment we start our development till support we are using jira for project tracking. It helps in tracking the project and also it has a few bunches of tools when it comes to statistics which can be accessed by managers for presentation and same can be used during the scrum. Also since this is locally hosted it's faster when compared to other external cloud-installed solutions.
