What do you like best about the product?
Structure of the epics - Feature , Delivery , Stories. The kind of flexibility it provides with respect to Roles and resusablity features. Assigninh stories to the users and its seamless integration with outlook is quite helpful
What do you dislike about the product?
Search Engine of jira could be better, sometimes its really difficult to find relevant documents despite using thr right keywords. Also its Inability to write content heavy documents such as FSD or design documents such as FDD
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It primary helps in tracking issues , planning the entire release in terms of story points , Dev efforts. Log in time spent on the issue immediately through tempo , so as to manage my efforts better

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Jira allows your team to centralize all bugs realted to product, issues with workers trying to access platforms, tools etc. Through Jira you can create efficient ways to ensure everything's working smoothly!
What do you dislike about the product?
I've neved had any bad experiences with Jira. This product allows me to easily connect with the team, and this is not only for my department. The whole company relies on Jira to make sure everything is going well, and when something goes wrong we can easily identify the issue and work on it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is supporting our whole sales team, by providing efficient ways to track any bugs related to our operation. Creating tickets to our IT team allows them to easily centralize and prioritise any issues thatm might appear.

What do you like best about the product?
- Jira is probably the most well-designed project management tool for software that I have seen so far.
- Powerful dashboard
- Intuitive operation of Kanban
- Automated features
- Many integrations
What do you dislike about the product?
The drag and drop response of Kanban is a bit slow, and sometimes it crashes. This has always been a headache, and I hope there will be more functions to help with sprint planning, such as tracking the progress of reviewing tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Display and manage each individual's progress, and provide a place to record project bugs and ideas.

Cannot automate post tracking of the activity

What do you like best about the product?
It is the best tracking tool in the market. We can track the work of the team, as it could be user stories tracking or tracking of some cases. It has the power of data visualization which makes tracking easier and more interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
We cannot perform a post activity on the cases or records we are tracking. Once my tickets are closed I need to post-process them for that I have two options either integrate with Salesforce or move everything to Salesforce(tracking part also). The biggest drawback of JIRA is, it does not have automation tools built in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We used JIRA for tracking cases raised by our team and have done some integrations with other systems. The major challenge we faced is the post-automation once the case is created. We want our case creation fields to be prepopulated based on the user's selection. This we achieved in the end through Salesforce flow and Lightning web components. We switched from JIRA to Salesforce as most of our post automation was handled there.

What do you like best about the product?
The Kanban view is very helpful. Also, being able to clone tickets saves a lot of time on deliverables that are reoccurring.
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to assign one ticket to multiple people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps lay out all of the deliverables we have per client. In addition to the separation of tickets by using epics.

What do you like best about the product?
It allows to semplify multiple tasks, assigning specific actions to each one responsible for it.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing that can be improved is clicking on urls in ticket descriptions: if you don't click right, it opens links in the same page losing the Jira ticket.

It helps assigning tasks to various people.

What do you like best about the product?
I like this software most and use it in my current company. It gives transparency for keeping all project records and creating issue tickets to get the solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'll say the website and app take a little time to understand the interface, but the best thing is that it keeps everything with it, and we can locate files and ticket statuses whenever we want.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides an option to create an issue ticket and give live updates of status also manages projects with ticket numbers and can be modified by name, number of responsible people working on specific projects and much more.

What do you like best about the product?
There are many things I love about Jira. The project management is very efficient, we are able to track and communicate related to the project in the platform itself. Different dashboard view gives a great visualization to analyze the data and other information. One place to document the findings related to our project work. This does increase productivity and stay focused and keep track of the work done! Multiple integrations are available with Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no major downside to Jira. One thing which is to be noted is its pricing. It is a bit higher. For a small business, this would be difficult to afford. But Jira does provide the best features at that pricing and is one of the best platforms for project management available in the market right now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team has sprint sessions for project distribution where all the projects are managed and tracked under Jira. It is easy to look into the work done by the whole team as we resolve the tickets under Jira. The Kanban board and the dashboards help in viewing and analyzing the work of each employee in the team.
