Track Tasks & Tickets with Ease

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides simple tracking of team tasks & tickets all in one place. Along with historical tracking of status of task/ticket, the tool also allows for communication between team members if issues arise.
What do you dislike about the product?
The default dashboard is not as user-friendly as expected. It would be great to be able to visually adjust the dashboard to make it more readable to different users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Easily one of the top ticket-tracking tools that are out there. This tool allows larger teams to keep track of any open tasks and tickets so there is no miscommunication.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is its ability to help me organize, plan and achieve more manageable goals. With features that expedite teamwork and highly adaptable software, it makes my work more efficient. Since it is versatile, I can set up Jira how I want, according to the task. For instance, when I need to manage my job, I can use To-do List or a Roadmap; when I need to balance daily activities, Dashboard would be more helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like the fact that tickets are everywhere in Jira. User time monitoring, cross-project planning, expanded sprints, etc., are either not possible or need the purchase of a premium product from the market. And even if you purchase one of these products, there's no guarantee that you'll use the tool you think you need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are experiencing some difficulties with Jira. Our Agile Teams utilize Jira to coordinate their activities on various projects. We use Jira boards and employ Scrum Masters who ensure that all parties are on the same page. Teams utilize daily scrums to discuss upcoming tasks and problem-solving strategies.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best project management system I have ever worked on. The integration with other software is just amazing! the version control and the deployment are very good. I have been using Jira for 1 year now and I can say it is one of the best systems in market
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't think there is any major flaw in the system. but sometimes it takes time to refresh so it is only one very small thing I can say Jira can work on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am using Jira as a project management tool. And it has been very efficient, all the work done and the work that is pending is managed effectively. we have proper time management and we can work on things that are taking time more than usual.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a tool which is widely used in the IT Industry for Creating and keeping a record of user stories, user artifacts, and bugs. It is pretty simple to use, yet it has some powerful features.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing that I don't like much about Jira is that it doesn't provide us with an option to modify mandatory data columns while filing up different stories and bugs Which in turn causes delay in getting the complete information
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Jira for keeping records of all the bugs and defects as well as keeping records of all the user stories and it is also a powerful tool for product management.

What do you like best about the product?
It's great for Query management, as well as it's highly customizable. Its slash command is brilliant, you can assign the tickets/queries easily to anyone in the network. It helps to create a wide network of employees dealing with different queries at the same time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although. it's good enough to work on but, it's not really easy to understand for a beginner because of its features and different technicalities. Its complicated user interface can make managing tasks difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps a lot in resolving the tickets in the assigned time frame because of its efficiency in managing the SLA to avoid the breach of the time frame in which the query should be resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira adoption by almost all software engineers make it the perfect tool to manage your project in a standard industry way and to onboard new Product owner and software engineers a lot faster.
Jira has thousands of integration from slack to github, and a huge marketplace of apps that will give you all the extra tools you need
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is a very complete software with little or no limitation since the marketplace gives you all the extra tools you may need to planed or manage a project at any scale.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project planing, team accuracy, work in progress, granular view of the project tasks, reports and metrics, automation and integration with the most use tools for software development like Github

Absolutely essential project management tool for software teams

What do you like best about the product?
I like the simple UI and ability to link tickets through epics and blocked statuses. Its customization abilities have enabled us to easily switch from Kanban to Scrum, then back to Kanban several years later.
What do you dislike about the product?
The administration and workflow customization can be pretty complex and hard to grasp.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira allows us to plan work and group tickets through initiatives and epics easily. It's critical for the smooth operation of our software team. Other non-software teams within the organization will soon be onboarded to Jira instead of Asana.

What do you like best about the product?
I can create and link tasks at the same time I can keep track of my progress and the team's progress on each sprint. This makes it easier for teams to collaborate well
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the mobile version because I feel limited in terms of creating and editing the description of tickets. It's also good to have more tools to be incorporated other than Figma
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Generally, working together as a team, everyone needs to be aware of what's happening in terms of progress. It's also a sense of fulfillment when you are moving tickets further close to done

What do you like best about the product?
Creating cases, working on current issues, in-progress topics, closing cases, searching for similar cases, etc., are easily accessible due to the Jira Platform. Keeping an eye on everything is pretty easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. Only Jira has this one thing the terminology used for abbreviating the topics can be better with some minor alterations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Creating and keeping track of the past cases and the current issues we're working on or trying to solve.
