Best Project Management Software Out There

What do you like best about the product?
It supports the entire agile development lifecycle, from creating tickets to sprint planning and delivery.
Perfect if you're using it with other products from the same company like Confluence or Bitbucket.
What do you dislike about the product?
Doesn't automatically link Jira tickets to all code repositories and code branched
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management in general. Perfect for keeping history and reporting and easy to access.

Best tool to track security tickets

What do you like best about the product?
The filters to keep track severities of tickets and it's integration part to other tools like pingsafe and even email address.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't retrieve the status of tickets in past date.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving us centralize all the security tickets from cloud, third party vulnerabilities and internal findings at place and give management an outlook on what's happening.

What do you like best about the product?
Features and tools available are flexible and moldable to different projects and work processes - There are also plenty of 3rd party integrations possible
What do you dislike about the product?
Not Jira specifically but sometimes different teams in an organization use it differently and there can be assumptions from both sides that lead to missed expectations when coordinating
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross-team communication, project planning, bug reporting and escalations, putting business requirements into developable parts, supporting an agile process, record keeping and statistics about working teams

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is customizable to your business and is developed to be hyper intuitive
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can become a complex solution when you want to use only a few fields. However, that's not a big issue
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us with collaboration and tracking the progress of each project. We even use jira to project manage across teams.

What do you like best about the product?
The primary purpose of Jira is to track defects in the project. It acts as a bridge between two organizations where both clients and vendors can be on the same page regarding tracking the project status and defects in the project.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing much to dislike about Jira, but a minor issue is sometimes it takes time to reload the page, and the updated status will be shown later, which causes some uncomfort to users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps users daily by updating the status of bugs and requirements. So that users do not need to maintain multiple sheets to track and several columns to update data, users can also post their comments against the bugs, which will reach out to the clients or vendors. Also, there will be no delay in posting the status to clients.

What do you like best about the product?
The visualization in board and cards with the possibility to tag tasks for each user, and filter by users greatly facilitates the division of actions in a team.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not possible to add more than one person responsible for a task. It would be interesting to have a timer on each task card to estimate how much time is spent on each task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of the team's internal demands. With Jira, we ensure that the entire team has visibility of the tasks we need to do, those that are in progress, and those that are completed. Additionally, the ability to write comments on the task allows for an environment of exchange among collaborators, so any questions or remarks about the activity are concentrated on the card.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive, friendly user interface, a lot of add ones that makes it easier to do my work. Good UX features. I like Zephyr add on for my test cases, I like test runner.
What do you dislike about the product?
I can't easily use JQL, i wish there were searching blocks to make it easier to search bugs, test cases, user stories, and tasks.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Test cases writing, bugs reporting, bugs fixing tracking, test planning, sprint planning, tasks execution, sprint board, communication with the team, most of work related processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Many dashboard templates to choose from, ways to link issues together. JIRA makes day-to-day task tracking transparent and allows for generation of high level overviews that can be easily shared with management.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard can be clunky and sometimes load times leave a lot to be desired. There are a ton of customizations available which can be a little confusing to understand what they all do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can easily track our daily tasks and switch between multiple users on a team. We are able to track how quickly issues are getting create/closed out which helps us understand whether our sprint durations span an appropriate amount of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a perfect hub to store information on various projects! Everything is well organized and easily accessible. Plus, its ability to interact with Ziflow and Trello is a must!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Jira is an awesome product! I can see myself using it well into the future!

Jira keeps loads of info we get from clients in a single place - well organized and super efficient to use!

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking the bugs is very easy for each client's requirement

To tickets in backlogs and manage them is sometimes difficult hence it should be easier

To tracking of bugs for for each and every client's requirement and too manage them is very easy in Jira
