Business capabilities/EPICs/Ticket/BUGs tracker and REQs/Tests all in one web based solution
What do you like best about the product?
We and also our automotive customers (OEMs like BMW, Mercedes-Bens, and others) moved from different solutions (SVN) to Jira because of its competitive advantages over all other tools:
1. Customizable! I think this is the most amazing feature, that you can add/remove fields in Jira to match your needs or project-specific way of working. (So you can add definitions of done, new stage, linkage, and more customized fields).
2. UI is very powerful and now it's informative and way to handle it very easily.
3. Generated reports and exporting Jira tickets in different formats are also very easy.
4. Integrate it with other third-party tools, like using Autobot to track tickets from Jenkins.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. Based on the project size, if we have a big number of tickets, it's slow to load the ticket.
2. The same applies to Backlogs/Boards as well.
3. File attached has limits (I remember 25MBs, and over that, you have to prepare a large file solution).

What do you dislike about the product?
Till date from what I've worked on haven't had any issue with any of the jira products as it has the best alert system that updates us on the issues we work on. Also lets us integrate with git too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned before it helps us with tracking issues we work on and also saves the history of all the changes that had been done on a task alerts when a PR is created and any comments are being made on the PR.

Userful in managing tickets and tracking performance in our project
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira is very visual when monitoring performance and also tickets. Since our project is support project, we get various tickets and we are able to easily track the progress and also the backlogs for best performance and optimization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish access would be a little smooth because requesting access in Jira for our project for our teammates has been a hassle recently. If we quickly receive requests and approve them, users will easily get onboarded to Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We can create a kanban like board structure to visualize our progress on our tickets. It's customizable so that we can see the progress of our teammates' tickets and integrate it with third-party applications like Microsoft teams to get notifications on our tickets. Through this, we can discuss the status of our tickets more quickly and if we are facing any blockers.
