What do you like best about the product?
Jira is an excellent instrument that should be utilized in every undertaking. Jira's main strength is its ability to allow several people to work together on a single project while providing granular data that helps stakeholders and leads to knowing what is happening at a glance. Additionally, Jira offers value-added services such as measurements specific to customer needs, following any feature or ticket in detail, and user-specific filters that can be used to generate reports for various end users. Many aspects of the user interface are favorable, including its attractive appearance and enjoyable experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nontechnical users may become confused about certain aspects of Jira, despite its adaptability and usability. Also, versions of Jira should support a minimal number of fields not to overwhelm users who don't require every single functionality available.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The Jira Management tool is a great way to keep track of progress on a project and communicate with team members. However, it cannot be easy to use if you don't have experience with it.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has been the standard that I've known for a while now, but I think that what I like best about it is that it just works, doesn't try to do things that it shouldn't, and has the right support to help when you need it. The tool really excels in product and product management of any size, and if you scale it to use many of it's other Atlassian counterparts then you really reap the benefits.
What do you dislike about the product?
The one area where I would like more flexibility is in reporting. Not everyone wants to learn native jira backend services to build the right reports, and having native open reporting is where I think the platform could use a bump. Point and click, drop down customization, add what is available with ease in the tool as an attribute to build reports just doesn't exist for every open use case. You are locked in to a sort with a preset menu of what you can do natively, and if you want more then it's to the documentation you go to learn how to do some advanced things but even then you can find yourself telling a stakeholder that you just can't build that view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira doesn't solve a problem, and this question should be re-written. Jira is the product and project management source of record at mine and my countless organizations across the globe!

What do you like best about the product?
I love Jiras scrum and kanban board features. Both functionalities are vital for efficient workflow visualization across my team , and makes project progress a lot more measurable , and in real time too. As a result of the scrum and kanban board features, we are quickly identifying assigned tasks that are delayed and those which are simply not being accomplished.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira is very technical, and thus usually leaves non-technical and not too very technical colleagues in my department , struggling with Jira basics like its functionality setup and user interface.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to keep all stakeholders who are involved in departmental projects aligned, is the reason we use Jira. Jira has enabled my team to achieve our project goals, with as less constraint as possible.

What do you like best about the product?
I really love the range of options I have for creating dashboards with various charts, lists and analysis tools. I also love the entire integration of JIRA, crucible and git.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a bit more expensive than other similar tools, but if you have large number of users in your company or project, the price will definitely be worth it for sure.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I've used JIRA in a company of more than 1000 people and also with a team of just 10. JIRA satisfied the need of both the audience groups.

What do you like best about the product?
dynamic design, easy to use, configure workflows, can open a lot of boards, related projects with related tasks, time management, priority and severity, can open production bug portal.
What do you dislike about the product?
can't configure resolution easily, and can't create custom graphs in the dashboard.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
time tracking, export issues, and show graphs of each activity, comment, and history

What do you like best about the product?
I have used this application for more than 1 year and I'm happy to share that this application immensely helped me to manage the project. What I love most about this application is the user interface. It's ideal for saving time, the organization works on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think there is no dislike of this software as of now but there is one problem I think only the software industry is using this app, no other industry.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving the big problem of how the bug is managed and How to track that bug with teams. If one bug is open then we need to analyze this bug and fix this bug with the help of groups and Jira helps me to manage this problem.

What do you like best about the product?
1) The creation process of Jira tickets. It is very easy to create Jira tickets.
2) UI is very intuitive, informative and easy to use.
3) Allows creation of multiple types of issues ranging from sub tasks, tasks to stories, bugs, defects and epics.
4) Everything related to project management can be easily recorded on jira. Whether it is estimation of efforts, sprint planning, sprint cycle, assignment of issues, creator of issues, Start Date, End Date, etc.
5) Provides Kanban board which gives a clear picture of the efficiency of the team after each sprint cycle. Also provides burndown charts which actually give you very accurate productivity of individual team member's as well as consolidated efforts of entire team.
6) Also, provides facilities of maintaining stories not only for active sprints, but even for backlogs, watch stories etc.
7) Provides workflows and transition timelines, every time any activity is performed on any Jira issue. This ensures better traceability.
What do you dislike about the product?
1) There is no built in timeline to track a project's progress. Product owner / Scrum master has to manually set the time for each sprint.
2) There should be an additional feature, wherein we can record and track our future ideas, scope and velocity of every product.
3) At times, it can be slow in loading the dashboard, because of huge queries running behind the scenes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1) Project management workflow becomes super smooth through Jira since it provides various types of customised dashboards, supports agile working and tracking.
2) Management and leadership gets a clear view about the ongoings on ground, which helps in decision making.
3) Individuals can track their efforts and progress on a daily basis and accordingly can change their decisions, approaches and estimations.
4) Helps in capacity planning so that stories are taken up as per capacity and teams are not burdened to deliver more than their capacity.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is very user-friendly; We can track day-to-day work. Mainly we can frame Jquery based on the query; We can view our work hours and which tickets we worked on daily. We can track all our timeline data like months and, weeks, years of our work; We can add our comments and attachments for further references. Mainly it is like a tracking tool
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the Queries we are not able to frame are related to the dates. i dont thick it has more dislikes, we need to made some extra fields for jqls. If we done some more little changes it will be more user friendly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking related problems are solving and, am QA for me mainly it is helpful for attachments and updating my comments for each ticket and Wings of bugs. Yes , my work is very friendly

What do you like best about the product?
It's the best tool for project management and tracking bugs/issues. Collaborative teamwork becomes successful and smooth with this tool, it's easy to track all the updates in a big team, and it sends notifications whenever there is any modification or an update in work by any team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little complex for first-time users, but it's beneficial once they get familiar. I only suggest a user guide or a pop-up explaining all the features; this will help them understand the tool independently without bothering another user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's best for tracking issues and managing projects in a big team. And tracking all the updates on the project by every member without bothering and asking individually. It sends notifications whenever a ticket is raised, which helps us know what task is assigned and your sprint progress. It's best for agile project management.
The feature of conversation in every ticket is handy and beneficial.
