Easy integration with Help Scout
What do you like best about the product?
I like that Jira has an easy-to-use integration with Help Scout. It makes tracking support tickets super easy for our team, and keeps everything all in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira has a lot of different features so as a new user (who is not an engineer) it can be a bit overwhelming. Overall, it's taken some time to learn the organization of Jira.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira houses all of our product tickets and it benefits our support team because we can watch and follow certain tickets that relate to issues we are seeing in support.
All in all! Highly recommend!
What do you like best about the product?
It is really all in all. Cross-team work is done in just one tool. A lot of extra things like executing automated tests, viewing results and having confluence is real nice and helpful!
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no such thing and with the latest updates where some issues were corrected I think it's a perfect tool for any size of business. Good stuff!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's solving the cost issue, intead of having multiple tools to achieve the same goal, Jira does it all and even more on it's own. The performance has drastically inrceased and the quality as well!

What do you like best about the product?
It's a robust tool, all-in-one for small businesses or enterprises. Great collaborative feature, extensive adjustments, and configurations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Management for users, roles, and permissions is quite confusing. User access per project is also something that could be improved.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keep all project tracking in one place. even is about a new personal project or a big software development project, Jire is a really help.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is widely used project management tool which works on agile methodologies. It is a project management toll which is used to plan, track and manage the task about any project in a very systematic way.
What do you dislike about the product?
As a developer where I have to simply work on the bugs or tickets, I found Jira very efficient and convenient. I don't see any flaws from developers point if view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is making our day to day activities a bit easy, fetching reports and keeping information of all the daily activities of the team and generating reports is very helpful for tracking and optimize delivery.

It combines everything we need to connect our GTM, Engineering, and product team all in one suite!

What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX could be a little more user-friendly. Consider having a more robust onboarding platform to that users get the most out of your tool.

Jira helps us track bug tickets, eng progress, and keeps all separate parts of the team more organized and in sync.

There is not much I dislike about Jira! but they could improve the reporting and start notfications for any itickets asignd to you mid sprint etc

What do you like best about the product?
Widely use dint the industry with ability to integrate with other 3rd party applications to generate reporting and documentation
What do you dislike about the product?
UI and functions can become very crowded and confusing to navigate, not as straightforward for a novice

JIRA helps with Agile product development life cycle that many businesses are following. This allows ease of tracking and management of tickets.
Not a fan - too many drop downs of info needed
What do you like best about the product?
I guess, that there are boards of board - and the tech people understand what needs to get done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I HATE that tickets must be in the correct group with the correct labels. I wouldn't say I like that JIRA makes technical folks only see the issues within the confines of the ticket. I would like to be able to write what the issue is, and then it is assigned to where it needs to go automatically.

It is used to create technical issues tickets.
Best Product Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is super user-friendly, and we can assign tasks so easily. The ability to add subtasks and an entire product roadmap helps our developers clearly understand what they are working on and when it needs to be completed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira doesn't have many features like its competitors, say ClickUp or Asana etc... and Jira is a bit expensive so it is harder for startups to directly start using Jira

Jira helps us assign tasks and subtasks so clearly and easily. It saves us a ton of time we wasted on calls before explaining each assignment to our developers. The UI is also super user-friendly anyone can understand what tasks are pending and who are working on that
Tracking issues with suggesting known solution
What do you like best about the product?
Track the issues and manage work with task assignees. Old notes and tracking are also visible on Jira. Anytime update plan, configuration and requirements best for projects based on Agile methodology. Integration with other software tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to work on GUI; for new users, it's difficult to manage tasks, track current updates and forward a ticket to the new assignee.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Providing the latest requirements of customers, tracking every single issue with working notes. Working notes help us to understand the status of ticket/Issue.
