Great for any team, widely used
What do you like best about the product?
Jira I feel is one of the most used products for agile, and project management teams. It has a lot of features and a simple interface. I like that is covers almost all needs into one for project management and can be used in congruence with other features/software.
What do you dislike about the product?
- Can be costly for companies
- Bigger learning curve than other similar software
- Bigger learning curve than other similar software
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I previously used Jira to log tickets, and used its kanban board to monitor project progress, and bugs and log in-development features of the workflow. Used for bug tracking and project management.
Salesforce to Jira integration
What do you like best about the product?
Great for managing internal tickets that are linked to customer-reported cases in Salesforce. The internal tickets include relevant code/resource details that the engineering team use to monitor and track the progress of the code changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
Whilst quite extensive, the query/search function could be more user-friendly as the target user might not be as code-literate as a developer and struggle to build a query/report.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The engineering team uses JIRA to track internal tickets linked to customer-submitted cases in Salesforce. Jira makes it easier to track the progress of the issues being worked on, and updates from engineering can be rerouted back to Support or other functions depending on the nature of the problems. Additionally, with engineering resources distributed globally, it's very flexible to work remotely and update JIRA provided you have an internet and VPN connection.

Jira is solving and making many things simple. To name 2 such things/instances. Jira can be used for the purpose of issue tracking & solving (Like IT Issue). Jira can also be used to see the progress of a project like it can be used for SCRUM.
Best tool for managing projects

Good for breaking down projects into manageable chucks and tracking progress
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such, everything is good and useful

Helping in solving our project management workflow, able to easily track progress of projects planned
Jira is good and quite functional, it's just not cheap.
What do you like best about the product?
Organization and practicality to handle tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
The fact of not being able to assign a task to more than one user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solve problems with the organization of the projects.
A necessity for any company working with Support
What do you like best about the product?
Great way to keep track of progress and any issues.
It's so easy to track tasks and assign them to employees and colleagues.
Extremely customizable to suit your company's needs, 100% recommend.

What do you dislike about the product?
CPU consumption can take up a lot of power.
While very customizable, it's easy to get lost in how customizable it is. It would help if you kept yourself organized and did not get lost in its comprehensiveness.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps my company keep track of issues with our software sent to the developers. It's integrated nicely with Zendesk so that everything is in one place. Jira shows you the step-by-step process taken by the devs, helps us know in what step of the process our tasks are in.
Product Management and planning system
What do you like best about the product?
The subdivision can be done as a feature, user story, issues, tasks etc. It increases the team's productivity and keeps a record of individual contributions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Kanbun board can have more features similar to the Sprint board since all tasks become challenging to filter from Kunbun board.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Project management
- Task Management
- Trackng of individual work

Jira review
What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to use Jira. User friendly application to work on.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such. It's a smooth app to work on but should work on an easy way to tackle stories.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When we raise tickets to tech for some resolution and same problem comes in future as well we can easily refer those tickets and solve problems from our end, we can use history.
Plenty of features, but makes task management a chore.
What do you like best about the product?
I was not an admin when we were using Jira, but it had all of the expected features - complexity fields, time estimates, Kanban etc. and good integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform was very slow and clunky, and some features took a lot more manual management than they should have. This factor alone meant task management was its own task and never came naturally. I was limited in terms of creating boards and organising tasks, but I expect this due to the permissions setup.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It supplied Kanban task management, with all the expected features, and integrated with other useful services.
