The Industry Standard
What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely comprehensive in what it allows you to perform in terms of the breadth of actions available in the tool. It is not a mere ticketing system. It has the capacity to organize your organization
What do you dislike about the product?
The notification system can be a bit smarter in realizing the important notifications from the non-important ones. I do not receive notifications on my main notification tab if someone does not tag me. And it can cause some disruption in workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ticketing. Communication between the teams. Documentation. Work prioritization. Sprints and work load visibilty. The tool is all and in a very efficient maneer.

Referencing attachments in the JIRA cloud version isn't simple or intuitive

JIRA helps us keep track of our projects and deliverables. A crucial tool used to stay organized and efficient
Easily manage and track all your tasks
What do you like best about the product?
Scrum board is the best to manage, plan and assign task for the entire team. Easy integrawith bitbucket make it easy to launch triggers and update task on commit pull and push actions.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be confusing for users who aren't technical. As there are lot of features and it get confusing to find relevant settings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Is helping us to manage task and assign it to respective team member. Plan and execution can be visualised and can track progress of independent performance of team members.
Good ticketing platform for a SOC
What do you like best about the product?
Great platform for modern soc and other ticketing needed teams. This is easy to use, works great most of the time and good looking one. 3rd party add-ons are a great plus as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs, but usually fixed fast. As good as it looks, sleeker interface could be great. A disadvantage is that 3rd party add-ons are costly and might not be for everyone.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Main reason to use this its the simplicity of the ticketing system mainly for the cyberspace business. I've used it for long periods of time and was very happy. Also that the basic version is free is also great!
Great tool for managing IT tickets
What do you like best about the product?
Easy to keep track of user requests, set up automatic queue or user assignment, and receive automatic updates and notifications. Easy to see your full pipeline of outstanding requests as well. I like that you can add custom fields to collect additional information on the intake forms.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is an option to only assign a ticket to one user or subsequently reassign it. Being able to assign to more than one team member would be helpful for us as, for many of the tickets, several of the IT team members end up collaborating on the solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Use it to manage our IT tickets pipeline, including bug reports, troubleshooting requests, and new feature requests. It has worked for us as a fairly small organisation and is very affordable compared to other, more complicated solutions.
Agile tracking tool with best UI enhancement
What do you like best about the product?
Its ability to gather different project data at one place, like dashboards where we can see the team related, task related etc. data in various graphical format.
Plus we can download reports as per requirement parameters too.

What do you dislike about the product?
No inbuilt collaboration features to communicate with team. Yes, with third party software like slack, teams integration can solve this issue for now.
Also by inclusion of too many customization features makes the Jira upgrade little bit difficult i.e. maybe not all apps or integration tools are compatible with other version.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not many tools provides the option of tracking issues with prioritizing the same. It has better customization feature with good productivity. Because of its ease of use and it's scope to enhance makes its no. #1 tool for agile teams. And today people are following the agile model in very frequent manner (totally in demand)
User-friendly and intuitive
What do you like best about the product?
There are many things to like about Jira by Atlassian, but my favorite feature is its project management capabilities. Using the Agile or Waterfall Model, Jira can help track progress and keep everyone on target. The various reports and dashboards make it easy to get an overview of where a project stands and makes identifying potential issues quick and simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
For example, clicking on a link doesn't open a new browser window; when an issue is cloned, the copy isn't immediately accessible; conducting search bogs down the browser, and results take too long to load. We also ask that no attachments more significant than 100 MB be sent.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us keep track of all our different software components and when they're being released. This way, we can ensure that each element is unveiled to the public at the correct time.
Excellent ticketing system it gives great visibility and its a great tool

That you can message the person that sent the ticket directly, keep everyone informed about the process of troubleshooting any issues we may have work with on a daily basis

they only send email notifications when a user updates a ticket, if there was a way to set mobile notifications it would be able to respond to any update on an existing case

its allowing us to engage freight visibility issues with the companies that we partner with and the carriers that normally are not paying attention to their visibility

What do you like best about the product?
Instant notifications from Jira in the form of Email are the most helpful feature. Whenever anyone creates a ticket, assigns a ticket or mentions me anywhere , I get a mail.
What do you dislike about the product?
UX of Jira can be improved because for new comers , the amount of information on Jira might look overwhelming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In my organization, wheather its a new feature ,or a bug , or a story, all of them are tracked through Jira. There is no better Platform I found till now which can be used for Tracking the things of such a huge organization.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the most user friendly project action items tracking and managing platform. You can manage all the open tasks, do team collaboration and also utilize its project management toolsm
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the features are paid and requires premium subscription. Also you cannot easily change the flow or alter and out of the box implemented behavior easily.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us manage and track all the action items or cards or tasks that we have in the project very easily and it is basically a one stop solution and place for us to get the project situation.
