I am content with my experience on Jıra, it helps me keep on track
What do you like best about the product?
New epics, and sprints to plan and forecast the tasks that were attained to my colleagues. Especially test plans made my life easier as a product owner. Roadmap helps us be on schedule.
What do you dislike about the product?
I cannot add several steps to the test plans. Steps are great when documenting regression plans yet sometimes we need to add more detailed steps which include different progresses
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can see which one of my colleagues work on which issue on which sprint and which feature we are adding to enhance user experience. New features can be planned on it. Agile product management is way more easier with Jira
Good Project management tool
What do you like best about the product?
As a Jira user i really like JIRA for project management and test management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such i have disliked about jira till now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps in managing test scrips, Bugs , stories and other ad-hoc tasks
The ideal software for Agile development teams
What do you like best about the product?
Jira's comprehensive and adaptable platform is one of its best features, as it can accommodate many needs. The search capabilities are also excellent, mainly when filters are applied. Another great feature is that users have dashboards that they can easily navigate and personalize. It's also helpful to share dashboards with other users according to their permissions since this eliminates duplication of effort. Additionally, many productivity-enhancing tools like analytics and templates are already built into Jira for an enhanced user experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Jira because it can be difficult to transition from one user interface version to another, specifically when accessing email update URLs in the more recent versions. Additionally, while Jira is swift, it isn't particularly user-friendly, and setting up requirements can take several days. My hope for improvement would be to have examples available as guides when creating standard-format documents.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is an excellent tool for managing software development projects. However, it can be challenging to keep track of all the various tasks, user stories, as well as bugs that need to be addressed. Fortunately, Jira's customizable swimlanes and fields make organizing and managing these elements much more accessible.
Great tool to track issues and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Issues tracking is the most helpful feature in Jira, where any user (from the project) can get the background of issues over a period of time if multiple teams are working on it in different phases. Also in real time issue ticket forwarding to next phase, developers can add comment about the progress they made on it.
What do you dislike about the product?
Web interface could be better. Search filters to find issues using JQL queries is not very user-friendly.
While importing issues log process ask multiple questions to the user. There should be a 'skip' button or 'remember my preferences' button.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps to solve issue tracking in real-time, so that a team of developers can work on issues independently and can collaborate on their work.
Customizable Dashboard's is one of the very good feature in Jira, which helps to get quick insights into data. Suitable for managerial decisions.

Simplistic Approach for Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Jira in my last two organizations where we're using it for our project delivery and implementation phase. The seamless tracking of all the sprints makes a unique feature of Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once the Jira organization-level implementation is completed there is only a GUI-level feature that can be enhanced. But to name a few, below are the details:
1. Hard to set up and it takes time for implementation.
2. Resource learning curve: Fellow colleagues took time to get used to Jira

The document is not so easy to read in one go and it requires time to read and understand.

Its helping our small team in issue tracking, scrum and mainly in bug tracking.

What do you dislike about the product?
The tool is hard to set up and get used to. It’s complicated user interface can make managing tasks difficult. No built-in time.
It is not easy to set up and use the tool, but it does provide a lot of useful features for writers who want to optimize their workflow. The interface is not very intuitive, which can make it difficult for writers to manage their tasks. The lack of a built-in timer also makes it hard for writers to track how much time they spend on each task.
