Jira Makes Task Tracking and Team Collaboration Effortless
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is how easy it is to track tasks and manage projects in one place. It gives clear visibility of work status, helps in sprint planning, and makes collaboration between teams smooth and organized.We Implemented JIRA with external tools as well. we use JIRA on regular basis for project management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes Jira feels a bit complex, especially for new users. The UI can look cluttered, and setting up workflows or permissions takes time if you’re not familiar with it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps us manage tasks, track bugs, and monitor project progress in a structured way. It keeps everything organized in one place, improves team coordination, and makes it easier to meet deadlines without missing important updates.

Task creation and user assignemnt are really helpful functionalitites provided by Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can be overcomplicated and heavy for teams pursuing lighter project and team activity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira helps to maintain accountability among the team members and provides great overview of the project. We can manage project trajectory along with utilization reports.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira because it works well in the team and takes good care of the site. I just love the Jira site, and all the problems I asked for were solved. The initial setup of Jira was very easy, and our team finds it very good for working together. Jira supports bug tracking, issue tracking, and agile project management, which are valuable in our operations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm sorry with my experiences is slow.

Jira works well for my team, handling site issues effectively. It's great for bug tracking, issue tracking, and agile project management.

What do you like best about the product?
It is an amazing project management tool with easy to use features that increases productivity and helps organise tasks better. It is helping us manage multiple projects across teams in much better way
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be a bit complex for non technical users and it doesn’t have an easy to use mobile application as well. The pricing is also too much for small companies

It is really helpful to assign individual tasks and manage its progress. It makes it easier to manage tasks and project across different clients. The dashboard makes it really helpful to understand the current progress of work and projects

Some interface of left side is not understanding for beginners

It is showing the task who is assigned for so it will easy to pickup and understand

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a very good platform for project management. It offers a clear dashboard for tracking project status, along with Kanban boards that make task allocation and day-to-day workflow management straightforward.

There can be too many options to select which can give a bad user experience

Project management and streamlining.
Easy Ticket Tracking and Faster Connections with IT and Dev
What do you like best about the product?
It helps me track tickets easily and makes it quicker to connect with both IT and Dev.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be better if I could see live responses, or at least see when someone is already replying to my ticket.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ticket generation feature makes it easier to track tasks and keep the workload balanced across the team.

What do you like best about the product?
It is amazing tool to manage multiple projects and assign indivisible tasks to people and team. Easy to track progress of tasks which increases the productivity. The to do list is really helpful as well

The pricing is to much for basic features and can be decreased also the platform doesn’t have easy to use mobile application

It is solving issues related to project management and task management. It has made it really easy to manage multiple projects in one place and assign different tasks to people
All-in-One Sprint Tracking with Easy tools Integration
What do you like best about the product?
In Jira, we can add all the tasks, stories, and epics for a sprint, manage everything in one place, and track progress easily. We can also integrate Jira with other tools such as Slack, so whenever there’s an update, the assignee gets a notification and can stay on top of changes.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some complicated UI components when I’m assigned and want to move a task to another space, so this area needs improvement.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a project manager, I can track all tasks and sprints in a single place, so I don’t need to worry about managing different files. It reduces the time and effort for developers, testers, and managers, and helps keep costs down.

What do you like best about the product?
Clarity, flexibility(views, easy to create/move/link, copy), the options to tailor it according to one's needs and the fact it was thoughtfully designed for collaboration
What do you dislike about the product?
would love to see attaching files by simply dragging them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management with cross-teams collaboration, multiple dependent and related tasks. Would be significantly more time consuming and confusing without Jira.
