Efficient Project Management

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a project management tool that helps organizations plan, track, and keep track of project cycle. It is most helpful for its ability to help us manage complex projects and track progress over time. Additionally, It also allows us to collaborate on projects, plan sprints, and track bugs and issues. Features such as its flexibility, scalability, and its robust feature set is a absolute life saver at times.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira can occasionally be challenging to use as there is a significant learning curve and a complex user interface which may frustrate new users and make it challenging for them to begin using it. At times, It can be slow and buggy, which is something else I don't like about it as it makes it challenging to complete tasks and can result in decreased productivity.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to allocate tasks to team members and to keep track of project 's progress over time. Customised dashboards with restricted permissions is something we have to use almost every week and Jira makes our life much easier on that part.

Superb, Highly Customizable, Value for Money, Multiple addons

What do you like best about the product?
1. Highly customisable - I can customize the workflows, issue types and mandatory fields, customise transitions with pre-conditions and screens.
2. Customise the notifications and use the mobile app.
3. There are multiple add-ons ranging from AIO to Zephr for test management.
4. Endpoints to integrate with just about any application.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. Earlier they had a tier wise billing but not they have gone for a flat rate $7.5 per user - which still is pretty reasonable considering the rich set of features it offers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. Project Management.
2. Resource Utilization.
3. Reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Jira allows you to organize tickets into sprints so all departments can see.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say the search functionality could use some updating. Sometimes key words don't always pull up tickets
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira has made organizing our product projects much easier!

What do you like best about the product?
As a company that is spread out geographically, it helps us (Customer Success) be aware of where tickets are in Engineers cycle.
What do you dislike about the product?
Search functionality is lacking so can be difficult to track down tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
cross team understanding of engineer's progress and organization for engineeering

Super quick support when I have tech issues

What do you like best about the product?
The quickness of support I receive when I have any issues with tech. Usually my issue is resolved after submitting my ticket within 30 minutes to an hour. I have never waited any longer
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a little complicated when I submitted my first ticket, but once I figured out the process, it's quite easy to use and I do not have any issues now submitting tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not sure what issues are being worked on or how it benefits me. It seems to work well anytime I use it.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use, lots of features. Jira roadmap makes it very easy to track a "big picture" of projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sub-tasks veiew is to little of space. Sometimes makes if difficult to change the status on those.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Jira Software because it is a customisable workflow engine that allows users to track issues, bugs, tasks, and other work items through predefined workflows that users can modify to fit their requirements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as of now. I'm still exploring JIRA features, all the feature which provides it is useful. So far, so good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira provides teams that practice agile methodologies with ready-to-use Scrum and Kanban boards. These boards contain tasks mapped to customisable workflows. Time tracking and real-time reports enable agile teams to easily track their performance over time.

What do you like best about the product?
It basically helps the way we work, since we follow agile methodology it helps organize our sprints using kanban boardfor our tracking our daily stories

Editing a story and adding sub-stories needs to be improved

Jira is helping us achieve our goals by organising our daily tasks where a goal is an epic and we can create stories around it to follow up with the development activities

Reasonably decent task management

What do you like best about the product?
Nice interface, good set of features and has sufficient room to manage various tasks and jobs in the team
What do you dislike about the product?
Cannot assign more than one person to a task. It's also sometimes a bit flaky, especially when setting up automation.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us manage our work sprints and be able to allocate tasks effectively
