Best and most reliable software in terms of Project Management
What do you like best about the product?
Time tracking helps understand how much time the team or individual is spending on specific tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Project progress bar is not available. The user interface is not easy-to-use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing tech projects, assigning tasks, tracking projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The customization in the entire platform is the best part. As every business is different and will have different requirements, the openness of Jira is extremely important.
What do you dislike about the product?
The reporting sometimes can be extremely limiting. We will have to use plugins and addons to evaluate the time of tasks in specific steps in the kanban. So I feel reports can improve significantly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Planning, executing, and team collaboration on day-to-day activities and making sure processes are followed in a documented and precise manner. Know what to do and what is the status of each task.
Good tool to manage projects and collaborative team work
What do you like best about the product?
1. I mostly liked the idea of tracking EPICS and user stories of a project. It has the best features like tracking the progress, assigning to respective team members, and defining various metrics.
2. It has a good feature of the dashboard where overall team items can be displayed and a feature to apply filters on a number of intake tickets present in the development team.
3. Great tool for bug tracking and extracting sprint completion reports and visualization.
4. It is flexible tool which helps us customize it to our comfort.

What do you dislike about the product?
1. For some of the tickets, we create there is no delete ticket option.
2. It has no feature of adding multiple assignees to a ticket.
3. With so much customizing features, sometimes feels like it is getting messy.

It is solving the issues that lie in project management. It helps a development team to better manage the projects by providing various features to keep track of the project, accept intakes from other groups, and build a dashboard, and team communication.

Jira is helping our marketing team stay on time with projects and we are able to collaborate on a single task or see where other coworkers are at on a specific task.
Decent for tracking projects
What do you like best about the product?
Collaboration is easy in Jira and it is helpful to be able to share the tickets with others. The Kaban views allow for tracking teams.

Slow to work with. And the UI seems dated, like from the 90s.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps in tracking the progression of our projects and we can also track the performance of our team. It is user friendly and highly customizable and hence it is easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Jira needs to integrate with many other thirs party tools. It needs to have automated alerts in highly escalated tickets for frequent updates and ticket aging status.

The dashboards in jira is easily customizable which helps us to analyze the vast amount of data quickly. Work process creation and the board is extremely compelling.

what I like best about Jira is its simplicity. In addition, you can tailor measures to your particular need. You can also track a single ticket or a collection of features. By utilizing Jira's comprehensive dashboard, you can follow the progress of your project and make educated decisions accordingly. Plus, you can create your filters and use them to get and customize reports for your customers' needs. The UI is responsive and provides an excellent preview of what you're doing in real-time - essential for efficient workflow management."

Its adaptability is one of JIRA's minor limitations. It may be fashioned into any shape or form. Identifying the best strategy for your organization could take considerable time. Templates are crucial. Dashboards function similarly. For teams to quickly comprehend their progress and the worth of their work, it would be helpful to see examples of dashboards effectively configured by other companies.

JIRA provides a central repository for all project-related documentation and tracking throughout the entire project lifecycle and across our global team. Additionally, JIRA is used to record development issues and defects.

I love the customization of projects and tasks that can be done on jira. I love the dashboards to view my individual work. It is also a great collaborative tool.

It requires some training or you should have spent some time figuring out the features. It's not a very straight forward tool. But once you start using it, it is very powerful

I use it to track project issues and tasks. and then assign them to right people. I also helps me create a process work flow for the specific projects to flow in a certain direction
