What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps to sort out parts of my project features to know which ones are done and ones in progress

Jira is solving project management and i am benefitting by being able to arrange stories for easy identification of status
Solution of all my unorganised task at one place
What do you like best about the product?
Whenever my manager / any fellow developer used to assign some work to me, I used to write it in some docs file/excel sheet, handling text files for managing such tasks is a burden in itself, so I started to use Jira for managing all my tasks. It has an excellent UI, where we can change the progress of tasks and track things effortlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
As such, there is nothing which we dislike about this Software, but after starting using this, my fellow mates started assigning me more & more tasks: (
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Managing many tasks was difficult for me, and here it solved my problem, now I can see all my tasks in one place & no need to worry about who will write them. They can create a Jira ticket and assign it to me. I'll get a notification about some task assigned to me.

A Very Good Project Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
I like a lot of features of JIRA for example Ease of creating bugs and stories, Watcher List, Quick Notification, and Filers. We can easily share tickets using direct URLs. It also allows time logging for particular tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there is anything to dislike about JIRA.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using JIRA to create tickets for Bugs, Stories, and Enhancements for our Software Applications. We can easily define the future scope of our application by simply creating related JIRA tickets and sharing those with other team members. Using this approach it becomes very easy to understand about development cycle what we are targeting as the next release or what will be in upcoming releases. Basically, JIRA is a main part of our project management system.
Streamlining Team Collaboration: A Review of Jira Core's Project Management Features
What do you like best about the product?
One of the things I appreciate most about Jira Core is its flexibility and customization capabilities. The platform allows me to easily tailor it to the specific needs of my team and projects, making it a versatile tool that can be used for a wide range of tasks. I also appreciate the robust project management features, such as task assignment and tracking, which help keep my team organized and on track. Additionally, Jira Core's integration with other tools and user-friendly interface make it easy for me to access and utilize important project data. Overall, Jira Core is an essential tool for effectively managing and collaborating on projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
One aspect of Jira Core that I have found to be less user-friendly is the navigation within the system. Finding specific features and settings can be difficult, and the interface can sometimes feel cluttered and overwhelming. The customization options for particular elements, such as the dashboard, are also limited. While Jira Core offers many powerful project management tools, I think the interface could be improved to make it more user-friendly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira Core is a project management tool that helps teams to collaborate effectively and organize their work. One of the main problems that Jira Core is solving is the lack of communication and coordination among team members. By using Jira Core, team members can easily track the progress of their tasks, set deadlines, and assign tasks to specific team members. Additionally, Jira Core allows team members to easily share and access project-related documents and files, improving the team's overall efficiency and productivity.
Jira Core has dramatically benefited me by providing a clear overview of the project status and tasks. I can easily track my work items and those of my team members, which allows me to plan my workload better and stay on top of deadlines. Furthermore, Jira Core will enable me to easily collaborate and communicate with my team members, improving our overall quality. Jira Core is a valuable tool that has dramatically improved how my team and I work together.

Experience of a user
What do you like best about the product?
Jira helps properly track updates and sort issues when necessary. It's also an excellent tool to separate what each user level can see and access. It is also easy to learn.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is always a need for clear instructions, as it can get too confusing to track updates when you cannot create a streamlined way of adequately managing things for you and your workmates.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows proper separation of tasks for each department and management office. It will enable employees to send updates or questions without directly confronting the heads.
Enabling distribution of tasks at scale
What do you like best about the product?
Ability to customise and track activities to allow extreme granularity.
What do you dislike about the product?
The complexity creates overhead to moving quickly.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
tracking of tasks across multiple teams and projects at the same time.
User experience - easy transition from another platform but better tools with Jira
What do you like best about the product?
integration with Zendesk - ease of ticket creation through Zen (although not as robust as straight through Jira) - nice sorting features and ways to find "my" tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
Easier to create a ticket through Jira directly, so if you are working in Zendesk, while you can create a ticket there is not as much customization. Far too many options for my use, but that's not a complaint it's just not a way I use it myself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to address customer issues through the helpdesk, we use it to create trouble tickets for Engineering and Jira makes it easy to follow the progress of issues as long as you link the two together properly.
Jira is a great platform for job tracking and project management
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is a platform that starts to be pleasant from the moment you enter it, and you realize that it has a very intuitive interface, rich in information and is easy to use. It allows correct project management since one of its most appreciated tools is the ability to create multiple activities to perform, ranging from subtasks to tasks and defects. It can track and manage problems, errors and functions in an organized and efficient way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Despite having great effectiveness with the results we are looking for with Jira, it has a relatively large learning curve, making it a bit complicated platform for new users. The costs are a bit high for some organizations, especially those with many users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Greater accuracy and organization when tracking tasks, problems and errors, having the same vital information to prioritize and start with correct management in the solution of each of the issues that appear. More excellent communication and collaboration between team members as an organization.
Best ITSM Product!
What do you like best about the product?
One of the best aspects of Jira application is the ticket structure by following our business processes better. Thanks to the SLA periods, the return times of the incoming works to the customers are determined.
What do you dislike about the product?
The config process of the product's interface is a bit complicated and it will take a lot of time to configure the product on your own. That's why you need support from the product owner. Also, license prices are a bit expensive compared to other products :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Thanks to jira confluence, we can create a know-how library and wiki for our company by keeping important information. In addition, thanks to the categorization feature in ticket processes, it provides team-based guidance for incoming work.
