What do you like best about the product?
Visuals are great, it is so easy to keep track of the different projects and everyone is aligned.
What do you dislike about the product?
Until now, I cannot find anything I dislike from Jira.

Autonomy and structure

Jira for Agile Teams + DevOps

What do you like best about the product?
Agile team management (sprints, kanban boards, issues), DevOps features and integrations, especially with GitLab and Sentry on-premises. It helps us organize the team workflow in a centralized way.
What do you dislike about the product?
Recently the web interface has become a little buggy and sluggish.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team Work management. All our agile teams' work is managed through Jira. It is currently part of our DNA to organize ourselves through Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
It is compatible with different Software development and project management methodologies and frameworks.
Easier to segregate different kinds of workflows for different functions within the team.
Better tracking and traceability
What do you dislike about the product?
It can include more integration with different tools and systems.
Very complex interms of filters and Jira board views.
User interface is not appealing to non tech individuals

Easy issue tracking
Better traceability and workflows management in a project

What do you like best about the product?
It helps me organise and track my daily tasks
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now, I don't see any flaws in Jira. Although if they can provide a built-in timeline tracker then it would be great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me view and manage all tasks on a single screen with customisable dashboards

What do you like best about the product?
It helps in tracking the work status by creating tickets , stories and tasks etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing such a dislike but sometimes after creating ticket it went to someplace which is unable to find. If there is a track record for that personally through which we can track tat we have created this ticket than this will be a much help.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps in tracking the work status by keeping the record of tickets and tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating and managing tickets. The integration with other Atlassian products, the ability to edit and format the way I want it to, and the ability to link across other tickets and epics.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not easy to figure out how to create templates.but googling articles for help is useful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Organization of work, and ability to prioritize things.

What do you like best about the product?
How it easily allows me to transfer issues reported by our users directly to our development team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Can't really think of anything that I dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves me time and effort previously spent collecting issue details and then needing to create and build tickets in a separate system. Now, problems can be directly linked to the tickets themselves a long with all details!

What do you like best about the product?
It is very easy for me to escalate issues using Jira to other departments in regard to the specific issue that it may be. It asks for all the necessary details for me to escalate correctly.
What do you dislike about the product?
To be honest there is not much I dislike about the app. However, sometimes when escalating it stays at the last department information as prior escalations and sometimes that throws me off but that isn't much of an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira solves the issue of having things escalated quickly to another department while simultaneously including all the necessary information the other department may need to have the matter sorted

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Jira is that it streamlines the process of reporting potential problems and waiting for a response. There are never any lost tickets or reports, which makes it easier for managers and IT personnel to plan their time while handling all problem complaints. Data, photos, and samples from various circumstances can be collected in a centralized location. This allows for more comprehensive analyses to be conducted in the future when more information is accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wouldn't say I like Jira because setting up an entire project with a large team takes an experienced user to maximize the board's potential. I've come across some projects that are not correctly configured in Jira, and as a result, users are not utilizing the entire suite of functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find that Jira can be beneficial for problem tracking and managing software development projects, but it can also be confusing and challenging to use.
