The best tool for Agile Methodology for Software Development
What do you like best about the product?
1. The drag and drop feature of the Kanban board for updating the status of cards/tickets
2. One-click button for creating a new Ticket/Issue

Complex to understand for new users
Once the user gets familiar, then it would become his primary tools
There should be a tutorial option on every screen so that any new user can understand its features without bothering another user

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. I am working on a big mobile project, and all the issues/cards are on Jira, and it is effortless to understand the client's problems and requirements through Jira
2. There is a feature of conversation in every ticket that is again very useful to get more clarity
3. If I am stuck on any issue in my organisation, I can create a new ticket in Jira without bothering my managers and others, and my problem got resolved.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira from Atlassian product more use of project and task management tool.Jira dashboards, reporting, task management, and UI look very attractive.
What do you dislike about the product?
the software is highly dependent on its being configured in a manner that the business needs of the customer.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
mostly admin and task-related and generating reports

What do you like best about the product?
It offers an easy way for our team to plan, track, and manage tickets when our clients are experiencing an issue or want a feature request. It is efficient and easy to use by everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there was a way to filter better when searching for an existing ticket. Sometimes, we tend to "duplicate" the same information but with different words or terms, which causes an issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Track our tickets and see the status of each of them. I love the eye icon feature, so I cam get notified of any changes.
Not perfect, but probably the best out there.
What do you like best about the product?
Good for collaboration because there is visibility into everyone's work. Powerful advanced search and filter functionality. The bigger integrations work mostly seamlessly.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a bit overengineered for what it is. A lot of the platform is incredibly clunky, like automation or any of the deeper admin stuff (workflows, fields, screens). They put a lot of emphasis on changing the ticket UI over and over without any care being paid to other parts of the platform. The dashboard widget options are also weak.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Jira to see engineering delivery through from user stories to deployment. There is visibility into the entire process, which is helpful for people on other teams and in other departments.

What do you like best about the product?
Easily scrum boards. I find this feature on Jira very key to my teams day to day development operations. This is mainly because it enable us break large project goals into smaller pieces of work, making it convenient for specific team members to work in sprints and ship products faster.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way for me to share url web links on the comment section, without the link getting previewed. This is an issue I wish Jira could had sorted out a long time ago.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to model our software development process , to align with the popular agile software development model is why we use Jira. Jira enable us break large project goals into easier to accomplish smaller tasks, leading to development efficiency and faster goal accomplishments.

Jira has integrations for almost all the other tools i use like Slack, Google Workspace and all my IDEs.
The agile board is just great and so is the roadmaps module. it really helps prioritize tasks in a sprint and helps gives you insights.

What do you dislike about the product?
There are some bugs in the cloud-based product.
Some of the basic tasks in the kanban can be a little too time-consuming.
The access control for editing and deleting the tasks can be a little better .
Most importantly, the learning curve for the product is too long, which causes issues when onboarding freshers and trainees to the company workflow.

The slack integration and the mobile app keep you updated with all the updates.
The everyday status call is now just a few clicks.
And insights are really helpful when looking at the productivity of a sprint cycle.

Excellent Project Management Software for Monitoring
What do you like best about the product?
I like the Kanban boards in Jira because they make it easy to create and manage tasks and projects. I also appreciate how quickly new users can learn Jira and the flexibility provided by its excellent JQL language support. Additionally, I could configure Jira very quickly, and I appreciate that it integrates seamlessly with Microsoft products. Finally, cloud deployment is a fantastic feature of this software!
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike Jira because it doesn't work well on mobile devices, has a lot of issues, and is missing some essential features. If you want to use all the elements in Jira, you're better off using a desktop or laptop computer instead of a mobile device. Another downside to Jira is that it's expensive compared to other software options — especially when you consider how much simpler it is than some alternatives.

However, Jira's interface is difficult to use and navigate. Additionally, the software lacks customization options, which makes it difficult to tailor the tool to my team's specific needs. As a result, I often feel frustrated when using Jira and waste time trying to figure out how to complete simple tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
This is the best product to manage work with different options to create a backlog. Tracking and flowcharts are awesome features.

There is no such problem I found in the last few years.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira provides many views, such as boards, lists, calendars, timelines, forms and many more, which helps us in viewing the tasks of our project in many views, and we can easily see when the task ends or starts and can attach documents, images too in tasks or any modules.
Also, we can add another app in Jira, which is very helpful.

UI of Jira is a bit complex. So we need to learn how to use it.
A dedicated user needs to be there who will do the whole duty of management which leads to more money.

The Main is with some hours of training; we can now do the basics of project management in Jira and utilise some features.

Best work management platform for Agile Development
What do you like best about the product?
It keeps track of all the activities for Project development and makes easy to work on agile methodology. It provides better path or blueprint for all the Project activities starting from planning to Deployment it to the Client.One can easily understand the different phases of project development using Jira with its simplest UI.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing can be seen as an disadvantage for this Tool uptill now .

Jira solved the problem of project management, it allows to track progress and manage evey phase including cost management in very simple Clicks. UI is also a very simple which can be easily understood by the lame person.
