Precise task managment
What do you like best about the product?
It is really great tool for the task managment .product owner or devloper can add task in the sprint and anyone can track its status. And the analysis report generated by the jira at the end of sprint is really helpful for the improvement of workload managment.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no option to change blocker to task or story which leads to creation of another story. And for the new project it is difficult to setup because of heavy configuration setting. Beginners may find it difficult to use it in starting.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time managment on the sprint according the points of story or on the basis of priority.
The no of task which are pending for me to complete in the sprint and to pick up next story from the product backlog if sprint backlog is empty.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the sprint board feature of Jira, as it provides clear status of a task in the product development life cycle. If enabled, it auto refreshes the status of each ticket which provides real-time information to each and every user.
What do you dislike about the product?
When we use integration to export the Jira tickets in the excel export or OneDrive excel file, it takes a while, and integration is not as smooth as expected. We need to refresh the link again and again to get the dump of tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
There are multiple problems Jira is solving for us, it solves tracking the smallest part of requirement at every stage of product development lifecycle while providing big picture to management how development team is working on the tasks.
