workspace productivity
What do you like best about the product?
Jira makes it easy to track changes, assign developers through the dev cycle, and provide executive summaries for management.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything lacking for our needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Both summary and detail level agile management is nicely supported. It's simple to manage and track status at both developer level and up to management.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the checklist-adding option within the ticket. It helps me keep track of my work.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to add more than one epic link for some tickets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can share my progress on a project with my manager/team members without constantly writing to them.
Making life easier
What do you like best about the product?
Tracking and being able to communicate in the jira regarding the issue or wanting an update. Also being able to use the information to make things easier for those who arent in jira by making a status page with information pulled from Jira.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really can think of much I dislike in the software. If I had to pick one thing it would be how to set up notifications in Jira with the integration. I would like to see easier options.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Jira is solving how we work without giving visibility to those who don't need to see this and don't understand. how the process works on the backend but knows or thinks they have found a bug.

Easy to move around tasks and keep track of subtasks quickly.

When working in a large team, the JIRA board can become cluttered.

It helps solve communication with speed. We're saving time by eliminating the need to communicate with people directly - cutting the middleman out.

What do you like best about the product?
Jira is the best application for planning and tracking team activity.
It's best for team collaboration, the way the templates can be used to create a story, issue, bugfixes & sub-tasks are quite good.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes I found it challenging to understand some of the advanced features it offers, normal story creation and tracking is good, but when epics & sub-task come into the picture it becomes complex to set up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can easily set up my sprints through stories and tasks & the upstream people can easily track what's going on and , who's doing what.
Through Jira, we can easily divide our tasks and collaborate together on a project.

Its really a good growing application and not so much for negative

Sprint reviews and project tracking is very easy, specially report making is very handy

It's easy to integrate, assign people and get started. The best part of this software is the drag-and-drop functionality. Moreover this has a great user interface.
What do you dislike about the product?
Although it's easy to integrate and get started but maybe some more video documentation availability could help us a lot. The mobile still needs some work to do with the interface.

While working with the team and assigning work, helps me to see all statuses at once in one place. The timeline is also a great feature to have which makes it a single platform to maintain a project.

1. It's helps in assigning work to Devlopers.
2. There are many phases/status Devlopers can choose for each ticket i.e. InProgress, Closed, new etc.
3. Client can also interact here with assigning task, creating task, give comments on any Jira ticket.

There is nothing much to dislike but I would like to say Jira is bit confusing sometimes for certain features as they are in such places that at first we can't even find it easily.

Jira Core is solving a purpose for Organizations to manage their work and saving a lot of time for them.
We can describe and attach required documents for a particular requirements.

Efficient Work Management Platform
What do you like best about the product?
Jira is one of the best work management or issue tracker platforms that is currently available in the market. It is one of those platforms which we can use for planning out a project, creating and assigning user stories and tasks and tracking the progress for the same.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though it serves the purpose, there are several bugs in Jira which sometimes make it tough to track the project progress such as Burndown chart not reflecting the consumed hours etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our team have used Jira mainly to work with RPA soutions. We have planned, divided the modules into user stories and tasks across several sprints and tracked the project progress using Jira following Agile methodology.
