What do you like best about the product?
Ability to open individual tickets and track progress within those tickets
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at this time. Jira is a great PM and Bug tracking tool
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves our issue of needing a central place to track the progress of feature enhancements and bug improvements. It makes it easy to see the status of each project and what needs to be done to move it forward

What do you like best about the product?
One of the best Project tracking and Management software. Lots of benefits like agile scrums and backlog can easily be tracked. Progress and burndown charts can easily be depicted as graphs . Also, it can easily be integrated with Repositories like BitBucket and Github and communication software like Slack...
Overall history of any ticket is a useful feature.
What do you dislike about the product?
Automation Features of Jira have few issues. Also to completely understand its features one has to go over a lot of findings.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project tracking and Management with complete separation of features, bugs and stories.
Security features and roles.
Agile methodology is so easy to implement in Jira
Customized view and filters make it a lot easier.

What do you like best about the product?
Best part of JIRA is it's integration with other Atlassian products like Trello, Confluence, etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
UI/UX is not that user-friendly. They need to work on that little bit.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mostly it helps business analysts and product managers to track logged tickets. As most of the time, we need to do a lot of R&D with lots of documents; JIRA is the best place to all those links for reference

Very intuitive for beginners while starting

Pricing scales up quickly as you expand.

Delegating work to teams and following up on them. Description of issues allows for the categorization and detailed explanation with figures and formatting.

What do you like best about the product?
It integrates well with Zendesk, easy to fill out fields. Can be customized to only use fields of your interest, you can copy fields from the ticket, it inherits attachments from the ticket.
What do you dislike about the product?
The create new Jira window cannot be maximized and you need to scroll.
When you create a new Jira through Zendesk, you can no longer look at the Zendesk ticket for info. You need to open a second instance of the ticket in another tab for that.
The attachments inherited from the Zendesk ticket are not needed in most cases
You may miss older conversations if you forget to click to expand the pane with the older messages.
Like in Zendesk, when you leave a space between text and colon, the emoticons menu is activated
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it to escalate issues to Development and other groups. We can look up product release dates

What do you like best about the product?
Jira has given the advantage of establishing favorable performance due to its tools, it is consistent and effective in handling highly cumbersome projects. The situation of the program is interesting in the market, it has no negative comments from most of its users and I am one more who gives a positive point because it helps me to have everything organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
No comments apply that trigger a malfunction or that it does not meet the requirements. It is extraordinary.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We take for granted that Jira can include more than a dozen projects that can be structured, organized and controlled every day, it has a unique performance that favors the firm to finish on time previously planned work. It is fluid and efficient, we can have a large project list and manage it moderately as well. We have obtained the excellent performance we have always wanted in organizing and controlling our tasks.

What do you like best about the product?
Tracking of efforts on daily basis. Managing team task so that they can focus on there own work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it takes our needful time on daily basis.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can log my efforts there. I can see how my team is performing. Are we on track? Can we deliver this product on time ? Such kind of questions can be easily track on Jira.

What do you like best about the product?
With agile and scrum practices growing day by day, Jira has become an integral part of development community with its project management features where teams could prioritize and develop necessary items accordingly
What do you dislike about the product?
Could be better with features like scrum voting board where jira stories could be voted with scrum points needed for specific item to finish with in the site so teams need not go to other applicationns
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps teams organize their book of works and prioritize scrum stories which need to go in a particular sprint. Helps in estimationg the amount of work to be picked and that can be finished in a sprint efficiently
